I took my daughter and her friend for the 1st time we stayed at Goldstrike but they went to Horseshoe and played and the waitress staff was very rude to them because they were not playing at the time they ordered their drink, they were waiting on the machine to payoff when they ordered the drinks!!

Food was average, gaming average, service average. No real complaints but nothing to set this place apart from the other casino's in the area.

there is no buffet there anymore. the casino staff is friendly. the valet parking is something left to be desired. the rooms are great

It's now called "The Roadhouse Casino". Large area for plently of slot machines and they are of the new style and well kept. The casino has undergone a total remake and has an interesting theme. There is no buffet but they have a snackbar and drinks bar. Plently of parking and if you park on the east side of the casino there is an easier access.

Seafood buffet was really good when we went. However it wasnt our favorite so we havent gone back. You shouldnt be disappointed.

Dinner buffett out did Paula Deen's - same price - better food, better quality - better tasting. Had dinner there one day and took in the lunch buffet on another day

The Sheraton was a fine casino but it is now the Roadhouse and owned by Harrah's. It is still a very nice place with a western flare. It is a fun place to play and a very good place to eat. :)

This needs to be updated. Sheraton Casino no longer exists in Robinsonville anymore, its known as Roadhouse Casino now. Sheraton Casino was more laid back than the rest of their competition and I've noticed this casino was mostly for the older crowd. Since the new update, I can tell that the new management is trying to attract a younger crowd since installing the pool table and the mechanical bull.

The Casino is very nice but is a smoking casino. I dohave bed news to share:They only do have only (1)bed in the entire hotel, the bath tub is right besides thebed, there are NO SHOWERS in the ROOMS at allperiod (100) percent. A small bathroom with a phonefor only in case of an EMERGENCY. The buffet is inthe Casino and the buffet is SO GOOD and yes, theCasino is really, really, really nice. It used to be Sheraton but now it is Tunica Road House since December 2010.

Forget visiting the Roadhouse. The food in the buffet was not good. Seemed to me to have been siting for some time. Also not enough people to help you with the food that required service. I really did not like the casino either. It seemed to have went downhill since I was last there when it was the Sheraton.

My mother and I were there on the gaming floor for at least 2 hours and no wait staff around at all for drinks. Hardly any players when we went at between 12-2am. Staff was rude and short when cashing in our few winnings and the ticketing issue machine was down, which caused a long, long line for the one cashier open. Ridiculous, I will not go back.

We have visited Sheraton Casino numerous times and this past weekend was our last. It was impossible to get a cocktail. After 30 minutes of playing the slots, I decided to go to the bar and get a cocktail myself, since we were being totally ignored by the waitress (Tina). The bartender told me that he would not serve me, since I was not gambling. Excuse me.....I showed him the exact slot machine that I was playing and he told me that he would get a waitress to our area "in a few minutes." After 20 more minutes of waiting, I went back to the bar and asked again for a cocktail, and was told by him (James) that they had waitresses that would serve us. I explained to him that my spouse and I had been waiting 50 minutes and the we could not get any service from the waitress in our area. He could have cared less. We threw our players cards in the trash, since we will not be there again and went to Horseshoe. Much better casino and MUCH friendlier and prompt staff.
