Had a great stay which was cut short by a family emergency but can't wait to go back. Rooms were very nice and clean. The ocean view was wonderful to wake up to. The check in/out was efficent and friendly. Only drawback is hotel guests have to park in the casino parking lot and you have to carry your suitcases a long way to the hotel. Would be much nicer if hotel guest had own parking lot.

I enjoy the lobby were they are old Music items and the poker room in small but I like the smaller rooms to the larger rooms. the staff is alway friendly in the poker room and at the tables on the floor. will return offten.

We DID have comped rooms, however, i hated the room. There is no privacy for the bathroom. Everything is in one room, with two small narrow panels between the double sink area and the bedroom. There is a sliding glass door behind that for the tub and toilet. well it was so rusty and full of crap you couldn't even slide it closed so we had to leave it open the whole time. Thus no bathroom or shower privacy. And the shower? UGH. Such a high side on it, I almost fell getting into and out of it, plus they used dark brown shower curtains with no light above the tub, so I showered in the near dark. Nowhere to put your towel while showering. I didn't want to put it on the back of the toilet which is right next to the tub. The furniture is getting shabby. It has a modern look to it, but everything is nicked up. I will not be staying there again and mostly because of the awful bathroom facilities. Even comped. No way.

The Hardrock Casino is a good place to play slots. They are very generous with their handouts.The last gift I got was an I-pad. They give out quite a few freeplay gifts as well.

Hard Rock casino was just ok. I love rock and roll and was looking forward to the visit. I liked the memorabilia but the sound system was Awful. You would have thought that would be one thing they'd want to be perfect. Not even close. Add to that tight slots and smokey rooms and I won't be back!

Gambling is dumb and stupid and after discovering that for yourself there is much to see at this casino. Rock and Roll memorabilia is everywhere including a most unique quilt on the wall in the main entryway. The Cafe has excellent food. And the music is great.

Girls night out and we chose Hard Rock. Great decision. Our host comped us all a free buffet and the food was delicious. Gaming was fun. One of the girls got a pretty good pay out. The room was beautiful, although our view wasn't. Did not get an ocean view, but then we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room, so it didn't really matter much. The pool area is spectacular. Can't wait for summer to spend some time there. We all had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

You can get a migraine gambling in this place. Go to the Beau Rivage next door and save your ear drums!

This does not hold a candle to Beau Rivage with regard to ambiance, clientele, food, service or cleanliness. It IS a good place to try the slots which paid out pretty liberally. I'd suggest a short walk to at least try it out.

I love going to concerts here. They always have the best live music. Their buffet is good but it is not consistent. The rooms are really nice.

This hotel is great. Although on the pricey side, the ocean view room gave excellent sunset views. The sunrise was blocked by the other tower which was disappointing. The beds were quite comfortable and the maid staff was very nice. Electronically controlled shade/black out blinds make the room comfortable. Our room had a shower with dual shower heads which were clean and worked well. The door to the bathroom in glass and in the Platinum tower has an opaque adhesive making the washing area somewhat private. There is an area for the toilet which does have a wooden door. The beds are great and we all had a good nights sleep.

Been to many Hard Rock casinos and this is like the rest. Plenty of memorabilia of rock stars. Casino is nice.
