Their website looks impressive, has lots of useful information about your flight, what to expect, what to wear and a very informative guide to the mechanics of ballooning itself.Makes you think it's being run professionally..However, I called them twice to schedule a trip. Zero response.This is no way to run a business, especially one like ballooning where safety is involved and where you expect a certain level of professionalism.Looked good and I would have used them if someone had bothered calling me back...
