Looking for something to do on Labor Day and found this place to go to. We were pleasantly surprised. After driving through an industrial area we came upon Captains Cove. Went on the informative boat ride, had a good lunch and then listened to a good band in the late afternoon. Would go back for an enjoyable day with the grandchildren.

After living 10 miles from Captain's Cove we finally went there last Saturday afternoon. We found the place to be very nice and relaxing. Plenty of room and music. The only negative thing is that the food is downstairs and the bar is upstairs but that was no big deal for us!!! They had a live band with a large dance floor. We had a great time!! We will be back!!

We still like coming here . It's that nice . Do not eat the food though . We tried the fries even though we had just eaten a lunch my wife had packed before getting here . My wife figured "what can you mess up with fries ? " . Well wada you know ! You can mess up fries . Tasteless . They must have fried them a few days ago and just nuked them . We make our fries in the oven at home but these were fried and not a hint of grease . Why ? Because they are old fries which were re-warmed . I don't like microwaved fries at home and certainly do not want to pay for them outside . Yes nothing to do here but so very relaxing . To reiterate -NO FRESH FOOD HERE ! Just buy drinks and ice cream .

great place to be on Sunday. Live music during the mid afternoon, great seafood to eat, and live dance party at night time. The location around is a bit sketchy. the shops are a great place to browse and speak with the locals

We walked around for 1/2 hour.There is really nothing too do here. The boat rides weren't opened yet and the shops had nothing interesting in them. I was warned not too eat the food so I didn't bother with that. If your looking for a few drinks and a live band this is your place.

The view is great, best place in bridgeport to go. The food is good but the wait is a little long like 15-20 mins but its alright i recommend you to go if your in the Bridgeport area

I like coming here on Fridays afterwork for happy hour in the summer or on Sundays when they have live music for a few drinks by the water. It is usually an older crowd for late Friday and Sat night action, however family friendly during the day. Food is really below average and I stopped ordering food here a few years back.

Very strange location driving in to the actual restaurant. You have to go through some very ugly industrial buildings to get to get to it. We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived however at how adorable the little shopping "village" was. The small, colorful buildings are very appealing. We were able to sit outside of the restaurant and enjoy some very tasty clams on the half shell, fried clams and fries. The boats are beautiful and there was a band playing cover music. Very enjoyable. The shops are a bit peculiar though. Nothing of any value in any of them, not even anything touristy. Would go back to eat though as some of the fish platters we didn't order looked amazing!

Although it's still a nice place to stop along the way into or out of Connecticut the food quality has gone way down over the years . Where they used to sell fresh they have now substituted frozen food . Nothing tastes like they put any effort into cooking . Every piece of shrimp and fish is exactly the same shape and size . You now pay more and receive less . So stop in buy with caution and eat by the water . There are still boat rides , small stores and a decent ice cream store as well as nice views . Come for the atmosphere and a snack not for the food .

Cumple las expectativas de un restaurante bar al lado del muelle y cuenta con locales comerciales cercanos y espacios para diversión y en familia. La comida de mar me gustó.

Point do verao na cidade !!! Situado em uma Marina e bem frequentado, em sua maioria por americanos jovens, todos os domingos tem musica ao vivo e um delicioso bar para saborear belissimos drinks. Muito agradavel !!
