Very informative tour of a 18thc house and what life was like during that time. The house has a large collection of furniture, clocks, weaving and spinning artifacts along with everyday items used by occupants during this time period. The attached museum holds civil war articles, native american objects and artifacts from the founding of Stratford into it's early years. There are exhibits devoted to slavery, the american revolution, carved decoys and early toys.Something for everyone and very interesting.

Judson House is part of Stratford's Historic District. It's a museum with house tours depicting life in the 1700's. The house is full of period items on two floors, including a working loom. The museum hours are limited and mostly in the warm weather months.
