Niantic is one of the most convenient locations to reach many of the best fishing grounds inshore or offshore. J&B Tackle is home base of not one, but two, 6 passenger charter boats. (The Dot-E-Dee and the JB boat) which are docked on the other side of the bay. These guys know how to catch fish! I have chartered the boat for company incentive trips, and what great trips we've had! Plenty of fish, and a great team building experience for my clients. Make your reservations months in advance if you can to secure your exact dates is my only advice.
