Local wines, local specialty foods, beautiful antiques. And the best iced coffee in town! Love this store.

Ok, I'm prejudiced. The first thing I do when I get to Woodstock on Thursdays through Sundays to open my little vintage shop is walk across the street to All Things Virginia @ The Farmhouse to buy my first cuppa. Then I usually pop in again for, um, my second cuppa....and then again for my third cup of coffee. Not only is the coffee fresh, delicious & very nicely priced, I just like to be in the shop. The owners are really nice, genuine folks. The shop itself has a wonderful rustic feel & flair. Displays are easy to move around; and there are very cool items--like coffee rub for hamburgers in 3 or 4 different flavors (hel-lo!), and Virginia-made hot sauces--for sale at reasonable prices. My favorite go-to prezzie is a basket with some Virginia staples like peanuts & a bottle of local wine with some not-so-ordinary tasty treats or condiments.I'm not a drinker--other than coffee by the gallon (does that count???)--but All Things Virginia @ The Farmhouse stocks wines from about 30 Virginia wineries, with free wine tastings most weekends. (Wish I drank!) I think I saw some craft beers being sampled on one of my coffee drive-bys. They also stock local eggs, meat and dairy products, along with frozen home-made soups; skin care products; and jewelry, art & craft items made by local artists and artisans. You may want to check ahead of your visit to see if a local potter or painter will be demonstrating that day at the shop. it's fun to meet the artist & see his/her work. Well, all I can say is that if you want to meet me, you'll probably find me across the street from Phlopsey's shopping at All Things Virginia @ The Farmhouse!!!!
