Great venue for a dog show. Lots of parking, easy to find and surrounded by shopping and tons of restaurants. Easy in and out.

The center was very clean and comfortable temperature wise and the food court offered lots of options and helpful staff. Of course it depends on what event you are there for as to the vendors, but we had a great time at the sewing expo. Looking forward to next year.

This facility was very nice and clean. Staff was very freindly and helpful. the only issue was the internet access was too inconsistent for a meeting like we were putting on.

Great conference center that has plenty of parking and hotels nearby. The food staff were friendly and kind. They have added carpet to the main hall, which kept the noise level down. It was much louder in there before they put in the carpet.

-a beautiful and enlightening gathering of Catholic homeschoolers. The conference was well organized, and the efficient design of the Expo and Conference center was well-fitted to the conference.

Good facility. Plenty of free parking. Near lodging and restaurants and shopping. Of course food vendors are available inside when shows and exhibits take place. Plenty of "Ladies" rest rooms available.

I can say that the set up and tear down, the bathroom cleaning etc. was on par with other expo centers. I just wish out promoter (NOT affiliated with the Expo center) had done a better job. This place had lots of potential for our show.

This facility is easy to get to and has plenty of parking for visitors. Restaurants and hotels are very close to this facility for business travelllers.However, if there is one drawback it is that there is only one overhead door on each side hall for access. There really needs to be more.

I have been to 3 events here and the last one I went back to the payment counter and got my money back. When you have more leaches trying to hock hot tubs/gutter guards and replacement windows than you have actual vendors for the event being held then it's time to leave.

On Thanksgiving morning, I went there for my packet pickup so that I can use my crib number and my t-shirt provided for the Turkey Trot race. The place there was exciting and gigantic!

Have gone to this location for everything from crafts shows to gun shows. They have a myriad of things going on. One complaint is the lines to enter cross directly in front of the interior lobby and cash is the only form of payment taken for the events I attended. Once I side the hall the area is expansive and well lit. The shows there have a very friendly atmosphere and are usually well attended by vendor and patron alike. Security is both event and Fredericksburg PD attended and very low key yet gives you a safe feeling. Have not attended any concerts here but imagine it provides a nice small venue. Shows of crafts antiques and guns are what I have been too and all are very good. Well organized and very good value from vendors.

Location could not be better! Shops all around, malls galore, right off I-95 and close to Rt. 1. Pillows were like rocks (bring your own), and handicapped accommodations not the best.

I love having a local place that we can have quality crafters and be able to purchase their crafts without having to drive to Richmond or Northern VA!
