This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a camp ground/lake/attraction. The staff were the most un professional people we have ever dealt with, and a PARK RANGER told a 22 year old to "shut your mouth" when he/she asked why the Ranger needed to see the ID. Let me back up to why the Park Ranger even came. I, and my party, had issues with the woman at the gate. We went back up to the gate and got papers to file on the woman. Knowing she was going to get in trouble, she sent the Park Ranger to the campsite we had asked for, and made a scene in front of said 22 year olds family. I am more than willing to go through with my attorney on my treatment at this resort. Take it from me- if you have kids, or young adults: don't waste your money or time here.

We were there just for a night but we still enjoyed ourselves. We didn't get any bites fishing but that's okay. Some of the shelter sites are not real shaded but you can always bring a canopy or just chill out inside the shelter.

I recenlty enjoyed a few days with family and friends. The overnight shelters are nice and fishing was enjoyed by all.

We stayed here for 14 days, and enjoyed it. The weather was rather hot, but we were able to spend some time watching the wildlife, deer, birds, and one fox, to fast to get a pix of it. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The sites are large, some shade in sites 1Thru 7, shelters were mostly shaded, showers were clean and hot. Sauna like in afternoon.
