This has been our third time to visit this establishment. We again had a great time. We chose to go here because it was raining during spring break. The kids love the unlimited games that they have as well as the climbing wall and laser tag that is included in the whole day pass. The food is what I would expect-edible but I wouldn't say good. The kids love it, so we visit it.

I am very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Buffet purchase is required for entrance into our park – we have weekday specials and the occasional weekend special that our guests enjoy. You can learn more about these specials if you sign up for our eClub (itzusa.com/eclub). We’d love to have you visit us again, as it sounds like you enjoyed the indoor rock climbing, bumper cars and laser tag/As for the quality of the food and cleanliness, I’d love to discuss this issue with you in detail. Please contact me directly at agraziano@itzusa.com. Thank you for reaching out and I hope we can make this right for you.

The kids had fun and stayed entertained. The environment was similar to that of Chuck E. Cheese, but just a bit larger with a nicer ambiance... It was as crowded- or at least it didn't appear to be as crowded. There was more room to move around.

The pizza buffet was better than average. But not the best. They have salad bar that was good. Soup bar. Several pizza choices and the desert was not very good at all. If you go after 8pm you get a discount for buying the unlimited game playing which is for any game that does not give you ticket prizes. Most of the games worked which was nice since we have visited many of these places and half the games dont work. Biggest issue I had is that during the off times where they are not that busy you have to continually hunt down staff to run the bigger attractions like the bumper cars, climbing walls, laser tag etc. Was always a pain. The kids wanted to try all of them and of course when you got done with one ride the staff would disappear and you would have to hunt them down again. One of the staff member was a young man who was extremely rude. He argued with the kids on everything they wanted to do. The climbing wall for example has several different sections. The kids would climb one side then want to try another and the staff member would say "no thats boring" or "just stay where your at since your already hooked up". Thats when I politely asked him to pay for all of our passes since we paid to experience the whole package. He straightened up then. If I lived there I would probably go again.

Great place for a birthday party for kids above age 4. Opt for the all inclusive package and kids can play unlimited games all day long. Can be a bit pricey if you pay for all the adults to eat, but it makes it easy on the parents.Cameron was our party host and he did a great job taking care of our party. Rooms were clean, games were all in working order.Manager Gene was attentive and followed up on all aspects of our party. The kids (and a few adults) had an awesome time. We stayed for 8 hours! We go to It'z a few times a year. This last visit was the best and our son had a 5th birthday party he'll remember forever. Thanks so much

I didn't know what i was paying for, but they wanted the money up front, I have never been there, so when they told us the deals, we went for it and couldn't play the games we liked unless we bought a different package. But, we did have fun and the food was great!

We went on the recommendation of family members who did not realize you have to pay to eat even if you do not plan to eat. We only wanted to go play games for a couple of hours. It cost our family of 4 over $100. When I checked to see if we could use a coupon that my husband didn't know I had, the girl told me we couldn't use a coupon with a special and that we were already "eating for free." We have spent 1/3 of the money at other places and enjoyed it more.

I took my two children to It'z on a Friday in summer. We stayed all day, taking advantage of the buffet for both lunch and dinner. It was not particularly crowded at any time during that period, though 11-12 and 4-7 seemed to be the lightest times. Waits for attractions were short. I paid $6 for the buffet for myself, while spending another $29 each to get my two kids the "biggest deal," which entitled them to unlimited laser tag games, bumper cars, mini bowling, rock climbing, and video games (such as pac man, pinball, racing games, air hokey, etc.). The deal also included 20 points each to spend on prize and ticket games. Prize games range from 1 point (skeeball) to 4 points (connect four). If you have children who are primarily interested in earning tickets for prizes and not in other types of video games or activities, you won't want to get the biggest deal, but the next one down, which is $4 less and will give them 120 points to spend on whatever they want, and they can just do the prize games. For us, however, the unlimited package was clearly the right choice. My kids did the laser tag, rock climbing, bumper cars, and mini-bowling 7 to 10 times each, and would have easily used up 500 points on those activities alone. Unlike most pizza buffets, It'z actually has a fairly decent salad bar with a good selection of fresh vegetables. They also have baked potatoes (with toppings), hot dogs, pasta, soup, and deserts. The deserts left something to be desired, and the pizza was just okay (wide selection, though). The establishment is clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of rooms to sit in while eating, including one with an almost movie-screen size television that shows kids movies. There are tables scattered around the arcade, and leather chairs as well. I brought a book and settled into a leather chair and read the entire thing while my kids played. There's also a bar near the regular-size bowling alley (regular bowling is an additional charge, and we didn't do it). Drinks are a bit overpriced there, $6-$8 a pop, but it was nice to get one drink after lunch while the kids played laser tag for the 6th time. Parents who want to play along with their kids for part of the time can get a $17 deal that includes the buffet and a 60 point card. My children told me they had as much fun at It'Z as they did at Six Flags, and it was certainly cooler (Indoors! Air conditioning!) and a much cheaper experience overall (Less than $70 total vs. the $200 we spent at Six Flags).

Recently we had a few junior family members attend parties at ITZ. They loved it and can't wait to go back. The picky eater of the bunch loved the food here. It was what she mentioned first and you know that's something when there's a lot for kids to do there! Price was what I thought very reasonable. Another review found the food to be picked over, but that just wasn't the case during our visit. Maybe they've stepped up in that area. We will be back soon!

This was probably the most worth of our money we spent. You get an all you can eat buffet all day, unlimited rock wall, lazer tag, mini bowling, and arcade games that don't give tickets for $30. They also give you like 20 points to play that games that do give you tickets. It was a great time. And if you eat when you get there, it's like getting 2 meals because you'll be hungry again before you leave. GREAT selection of food.

If you like Chuck E Cheese but hate how crowded it is, this is the place for your family. Best for school-age kids, not toddlers. Food is mediocre.

Buffet was picked overNo one attending tables - to the point I had to clear one to sit to eat with my kidsOver priced for food qualityNo one to monitor dining rooms and another family let their children bounce balls right onto our table. I had just placed hot soup on the table. It made such a mess, could have burned my children and there was no one to tell to clean it upNo warning that sneakers were needed for some things - and the attendant at the rock climbing wall could have handled the situation more politically correct /delicately instead of crushing my five year old by snapping that she could not do it because she didn't have sneakersLimited ticket redemption prizes for small amountsSeveral games broken (and no attendant to tell to get coins back)Many 'rides' not marked for how many tokens it takes

This place changed names and ownership I believe. I took my little girl there to celebrate her bday on 5/9/12. To my surprise, the changes are minimal but effective. The food was good and the games were great for the kids. Not overly excessive with the point system which allow parents and kids enjoy a variety of games. Kudos to the new management which is friendly and helpful. The games were fun and the kids had a blast. I will definitely come back soon.
