MunchKen
lovely and knowledgable staff. Very interesting place to pass an hour or so. Museum includes local history place general items of American and Mexican interest. Well worth a visit.

My wife and I didn't expect much from this three story home masquerading as a museum but we spent about 90 minutes enjoying the antiques, knock-knacks, clothing and memorabilia that focused heavily from the late 1800s until the 1950. There are some Indian exhibits and early settler exhibits as well since it tells you the story of Crockett County settlers but this isn't the selling point. Check out the clothing on display or the insane looking perm machine. The kids were kept occupied by signs that sent them on a scavenger hunt within each room. This felt like I was visiting my grandfather's house with all of the stuff collected from days gone by. I wouldn't recommend you plan a trip to Ozona just to see this museum but it's a great way to take a break and stretch your legs when traveling to or from San Antonio on I-10.
