Mosaic Madness has all the supplies you need for stained glass. Their staff is helpful and friendly. They offer classes also. It is a good stop when you are in downtown.

when i am looking for something artsy for the kids and i to do, they always enjoy Mosaic Madness. REasonably priced way to get my girls out and do something fun.

There is an artist inside of you when you do a mosaic. Have taken my neice and newphen here for many years. Neice has even attend a birthday party which each child made a mosaic work of art. Bring your lunch and drink for snacks. Be prepared to stay 2 hours to work on your project and longer if you choice a large project.

My daughter 9 and I decided to do a project together after finishing a cycling event in town. The shop is just off the downtown square . Inside two walls are covered with wood cutouts marked with a price. The wood is the surface you will be doing your mosaic on. The price includes the wood, all the mosaic material you will use, the grout, glue and the use of the glass cutting tools. There is no sitting fee. Concrete and other 3-D forms are also available. Reasonable price.Now comes the fun part: the huge selection of glass,mirror,china and tile pieces at your fingertips to use. The staff gives instruction on how to use the tools safely, how to glue, and how to finish your piece. There are plenty of examples on the walls for reference or you can do something completely different. We have returned two times since then and even brought a friend. It is a relaxing afternoon activity. You may take a break and enjoy the eclectic selection of shops in downtown.
