My wife and I bought the VIP package and it was truly a VIP experience they made us feel like we where the only clients there. They made us comfortable and kept us safe during the experience the crew was so professional and yet made it fun. I highly recommend the experience.

We went sky diving for my brother's birthday. It was a group of 5. The weekend we did our "training" the weather was poor so we did not get to jump, but we set up time for the following week. The next weekend's weather was pretty good for jumping. It was a bit windy, but seeing as how we had nothing to compare too, we really didn't know any better. When we arrived we turned in our cards and waited to be called. They were short on teachers that day, so we did not all go up into the same plane, but that was fine with us because we got to watch others take off and land. We each had different experiences with our individual instructors, but we all thoroughly enjoyed it, even the ones that were REALLY nervous. After the jump you are able to sign up for your second jump for only $100. So 4 of us did that. The second jump has to be within a year, but if it is past 3 months, you do have to take the short training again. Our second jump was even better than the first. The weather was perfect, we all got to go up in the same plane together, and since we knew what to expect we could ask for what we wanted (spins, drops, etc...). All teachers we encountered were very professional and set everyone at ease. I would highly recommend Sky Dive Dallas. It was an excellent experience!!

HiMyself, wife and son (age 54, 48, 23) did our tandem jumps last month and probably had one of the best experiences of our lives so far !The entire experience from sign up to completion took a few hours and we were so much at ease with the professionalism and friendliness of the skydivers who took us for the jump. I was also celebrating my 54th birthday, so this was a special event for all of us.The DVD's + photos turned out so well - a great memory. Also, this was during the back to school time - so we got $40 off from the regular $329 price - a cool saving of $120.Thx SD Team !

Upon turning 18, my daughter's dream was to dive tandem out of an airplane. My first reaction...give over the safety and care of my daughter Shelby, although grown, to a total stranger?! No way!! But then, arrive at Skydive Dallas, where everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, from the check in counter ladies, to the tandem jump instructor, to the photographer hired to film this momentous event, to the gentleman that was given the task of strapping her to him and plummeting to the earth with everything I hold dear...they could not have been more professional, more friendly, more informative, more calming to this ole' moms nerves, and made this experience from check in, to walking out the front door, any more enjoyable. Her jumper, Mr Will England, was funny, upbeat, extremely enthusiastic, and just made this jump the time of her life!! He was so encouraging, and lighthearted, yet I could tell that he loved his job and took this responsibility very, very seriously, and that gave me great comfort. In fact, I felt at all times that safety was of the utmost priority in this establishment, yet they take in to consideration that you are paying a lot of money for an experience and do their best to deliver that! I found Skydive Dallas to be completely worth the cost, have an extremely friendly staff and very experienced instructors and jumpers. The only downside to Skydive Dallas....they made this "once in a life time" jump such a memorable experience, that she wants to go back and do it again!! Thanks a lot Will !!!!

My review is for AFF jumps, but would still entail some parts of a tandem. And those parts would be SAFETY. These guys and gals are top notch in the safety aspect. Let me get the bad parts outta the way- the wait and high winds. The accelerated freefall (AFF) class will take approximately 6 hours. You will learn quite a bit of info and it will SAVE YOUR BUTT if anything happens to go wrong!!! They make it fun for what it is- learning how to skydive safely. So the wait was excruciating for me, since I'm an impatient person! High winds can be a problem, because it can limit the safety aspect of your jump.As for the facility, there is plenty to do during any "down" time. They have a souvenir shop, a restaurant with good food, and it's fun just to watch the others landing while you wait! As you can tell, I can't really give them enough praise for the work they do there. The videos they do turn out very nice also. I have been going to Skydive Dallas since October 2013. The staff there is professional, friendly (you always feel welcome, no matter how new you are to the sport) and everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. From scheduling to coaching to manifest, everything runs smoothly, regardless of how busy they are. But the one thing that I was the most impressed with above everything else, is the emphasis on training and safety, which is why I choose to make the 6.5 hour drive from my home to this dropzone.

I did my first Skydive here and was blown away at how amazing this place is. The staff are all super friendly, the instructors are professional and fun at the same time, and it was the expedience of a lifetime. GET the video for sure!

I have done a tandum jump twice with the gang from SkyDive Dallas & both times were awesome. They explain everything so u know what expect & give great instructions. Being out in the country, the view is beautiful. Hope to do it again SOON!

Friendly people, nice planes, great facilities, plenty of space. Good spot for first-timers to give it a go or experienced jumpers to learn more. Kudos.

I was planning on asking my fiancée now, to marry me in November of last year I went out a month early to run the idea by the staff, they were so helpful and excited. The whole morning went off without a hitch they kept everything a secret and it went 100% perfect. We are now addicted to jumping out of planes and will defiantly be back. Can't ask for more than what Skydive Dallas has to offer.

Coming from other dropzones, I really wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I stepped out of the car, Skydive Dallas has been an outstanding experience. Kind, professional instructors and staff, excellent facilities, equipment and planes, and all focused on maximizing your skydiving experience. I've brought both my boss and my best friend here to do their first tandems... And both absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone - from a first time jumper to a team looking for a supportive DZ to call their home. :)
