The building itself is amazing and that is before you even get to the exhibits inside. The layout is easy to follow. The exhibits are extensive and impressive. We attended a film and the theater was comfortable with excellent sound and viewing. The hands on area was fun for all ages

This is a great place for older childern and all adults. It was very busy when we visited and would not recommend going on a weekend or holiday. The building it self is a work of art. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk, parking is far away. Allow plenty of time to enjoy, we were there over 3 hours.

It was a nice experience with the kids. Lots to do. Parking is close to the Center and very reasonable. Very very busy though so hold on to your little ones.

Such a great museum that speaks to Dallas' forward thinking. Great for kids of all ages and an excellent venue for private dinners and events. You won't be disappointed.

I took my two girls ages 12 and 9. We liked the museum but the crowd made it hard to enjoy our visit. The Sherlock exhibit was really neat but the extra cost made our visit cost $72 for one adult and two children.

Disappointed in various things but overall exhibits were good although sherlock Holmes thing was eh. Unorganized. Not enough signs to tell me where I needed to go. I had to keep asking the membership people where to go. The apple we paid $1.50 for was terrible & the orange was sour. To eat or drink u had to go outside the exhibits. To go back in you had to stand in line again. Ridiculous.

This Museum is 4 floors of amazing displays and information. There is plenty of interaction for the children. I really enjoyed the dinosaurs and am usually not a dinosaur fan. The visors of palaeontologists and dinosaur discoveries really added to the value of the displays. I cannot comment on ticket prices as we received members tickets.

There appeared to be over 100 people in line and the line was moving very slowly. I decided that I didn't have the time to wait that long just to get in!

We are members at the Perot museum and our kids love love it we have a 12 year old 11 and 6 year old always something new when we go. Now it's spring break and we went the first daybad idea! Just go on sat or Sunday early. Or become a member and there are member only hours.

There is so much here to do. I wouldn't necessarily take a kid here that was less than 5(?), but older kids would have a blast I assume. There is a lot of hands on learning, interactive technology, and so much to see. I think adults would greatly enjoy it if they can avoid going on a Saturday when its crowded with kids. My husband and I are members and really enjoyed the members only times in the early morning.

I'd heard this was a great science museum for kids. So three adults took 4 kids: all 3 adults have degrees and science backgrounds, 11 year old is interested in science, 7 year old not, 5 year old is, 3 year old on the fence. As adults, we all found the museum very interesting. The 11 year old, who is very academically strong with interests in space, was bored to tears because "this is a grown up museum". The 5 year old had similar comments. Nothing is designed for kids and everything involves heavy reading skills (ie not young kids) with advanced vocab skills. They do have a tiny kids play area but it's really geared more towards toddlers/preschoolers. Won't go again until my kids are junior high at least.Food wasn't bad though.

Can't see it all in one day. Very interesting and modern site with excellent exhibitions. A great science museum addition to downtown Dallas.

This is an amazing Museum everyone will enjoy. Allow a full day or more. It is an educational, entertaining hands on experience.

Took my nine year old to visit and she absolutely loved it! It's a really neat place to visit and the staff there are so helpful and kind. One man helped show my daughter how to program the robot, and another kind lady helped us figure out the best ways to go. I wish I knew their names! Great place to visit!
