The current iron works exhibit wasn't to my liking - but the outdoor space is fabulous. Adults are $10, so pick a really nice day to enjoy the outdoor space. And get to the Café - Wolfgang Puck - but we had already eaten!

Cool sculptures. Doesn't take that long to walk through. If you are next door at the Dallas Museum Of Art, you might as well walk through here.

I think they are undergoing some maintenance. All the major modern art pieces are missing. I can see all that from the video downstairs but don't get to see those pieces myself.Even though i had 50% off the ticketed price, there seems to be nicer modern art sculpture on display on the North Park Center and it is free for everyone there.Come back later when they finish with their renovations. There are nice sculptures by Kooning and Picasso.

loved the sculpture garden (even on an icy Dallas afternoon!), friendly helpful staff from the front desk to galleries. An extraordinary gallery. Also has a fantastic restaurant and gift shop. Really recommend this attraction, it's exceptional

I was there with two kids for the Target promotional first Saturdays geared towards kids. This museum made little effort to make it "kid friendly" however. The building was difficult to maneuver with a stroller and the exhibits inside bored my kids to tears. My kids did love the outside garden though. The cafeteria had very good food though none was really kid friendly (they didn't even have kid friendly utensils or drinks besides water - ie no milk, and everything was in a glass.)

Living in Dallas I had a membership to the Nasher. It is a beautiful museum and sculpture garden in the heart of the city. From the garden you can see the impressing architecture around. The Nasher has a small but very good restaurant - catered by Wolfgang Puck but not too pricey. The exhibits are changing so it is always interesting. A great place to go with visitors.

They were in the process of constructing two exhibits, so the cost was half price, but there was not much to see. The outdoor sculpture park was quite nice and by far the best thing to see. Check ahead but I'm sure the exhibits are now on display.

We decided to go to Nasher at the last minute and loved it! Wish it was open past 5pm we could have spent all night there drinking wine and appreciating the sculptures.

It is located between the Trammel Crowe museum of Asian Art and the Dallas Museum of Art, both free. So all together visiting this area is an inexpensive opportunity to see a lot of interesting art. Its dining room offers a pleasant lunch for a reasonable price. Its indoors and outdoors sculpture are both worth while seeing and provide a very relaxing venue.

They only had a few artists' works displayed. I was expected a bit more, especially outdoors. They had some interesting pieces, but just not a lot of sculptures in my opinion. I had in my mind Seattle's sculpture park, which is an awesome outdoor park so compared to that this is pretty small and not a lot of variety.
