Different size dried Chile Ristras at very good value, as well as canned Hatch Chiles, both green and red. There are several spots on the road thru town where you can buy Chiles, but this is the biggest and probably best selection of Ristras.

The young man who owns the store with his mother was so helpful in answering our questions about chiles and and what were the best for travel on the way home. We decided on a lg bag of dried medium hot red peppers. He told us how to prepare them when we arrive home. We also bought salsas and dried roasted chipotle powder. We will definitely stock ip here on our next Hatch adventure!

Like every place in Hatch its all about the Chili! Funky little shop with an array of spices and stuff. Local ambiance and nice people who appreciate your business.

Check out the best chile sales across the street from the Pepper Pot. Hatch Chile Sales All types and all levels of spice and excellent shelled pecans too. Don't stop at the stands along the way; this is the best place. Try their mesquite smoked chipotle spice. Add a new Mexican chile whole to your bean pot. Great selection and reasonable prices.
