Fortunately the administration never got their way to pave the paths, put in numerous softball fields and volleyball courts, and other facilities that would have taken away the beautiful setting. here is a nice cross country course that can be challenging as well as access to that portion of the park that is across the street and leading up Stanton Mountain. Pavilions are nice with cooking areas and plenty of seating/tables. Nice pond for fishing. Too bad the small bridge was never repaired

This little park is next to the Deer Path YMCA. It has a small pond, a playground, and lots of sports fields. There a few running paths that go through a wooded area, which can give you a nice run. It has good parking as well. Good place to bring a dog for a walk also.

This is a grand multipurpose park. During summer Thursday nights they might have music or car show. Last time I went they had fireworks. Another time was National Night Out with all sorts of county groups. It is easy to get from Rt 31 and 523. There is a walking path with exercise stations.

You can reserve the pavilion where you may gather with friends or family, cook and otherwise use park facilities until dusk. Parking is convenient and a permit for wine and beer is available. Just a lovely spot.

Great for kids and adults alike! FREE admission, and lots of free goodies for the children!!!!! Even a mini train ride through the show. Loved it all.

Deer Path Park has a lot of great things for your kids to do. There is music and movies in the summer. Nice groomed hiking trails which my friends utilize for running. Very nice place to visit.

Deer Path Park is made up of 104 acres of meadows & woods with the entrance located by the YMCA. This lovely recreational park has fitness and running trails, picnic and pavilion facilities, softball and soccer fields, and even a 3 acre pond for fishing. During the summer months they have the free “Music under the stars concert series.”
