Nothing outstanding or special about this mall. It's actually small compared to other area malls with major anchor department store, like Willowbrook or Rockaway Townsquare and is not on any major highways as the larger malls are.Since Johnny Rockets closed, the only thing they have that would get me to make a trip instead of the other malls is a Nathan's Famous / Arthur Treacher's Fish & Chips.

Lvingston mall is consistently a extremely disappointing runaround. The mall seems too only keep stores around for holiday seasons then close. as a consumer its always a struggle to find something in this mall. Even when looking for guidance through customer service they seem lost and confused themself. The issue is with the management of the mall.

All kinds of store including Macys, Sears, Barnes & Noble, A Dollar etc. From low to high. Nice place for a family to visit. Nice food court.

Our entire family visited the Livingston Mall this past weekend...on Black Friday of all times! I found the mall to be fully occupied with good stores, and very nicely decorated for the holidays. The food court was very crowded and tough to find a table, which was a drawback, but other than that we had a great time. We even found a parking space close to the door! I still recommend this mall as a fun place to shop and eat.

I've been going here for a number of years, so let me make this short & sweet:Pros: Lots of affordable stores, plenty of parking, usually very clean, easy to navigate, indoor play area for toddlers.Cons: Most of the crime in this area is centered around the mall and Security there, in my humble opinion, isn't always the best. I would not go there after dark.

My wife and I have been shopping here a long time and seen it transform over the years. This two level mall has been around forever and seen the good times and survived the bad times. Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, and Sears are still the main stores that keeps Livingston mall in business. There are a variety of brand name stores throughout the mall to shop at, but they come and go. The remodeled food court on the second level by Macy’s offer’s a selection of fast food vendors, including Popeyes, which is one reason my wife likes to shop here. When we went there last night, they were in the process of resurfacing the parking lot by Macy’s. This mall may not be as big as Bridgewater Commons or as upscale as Short Hill’s mall, but it’s an easier place to park at during the holidays.

Even though redecorated over time, stores are decidedly in need of an upgrade- the Macy's anchor is OK as is The Lord and Taylor. The Sears seems to be on its last legs

I spent some time in the Livingston Mall this past weekend, and it is still one of the better malls in the upper part of the state. As old as this mall is, (it is one of the oldest indoor malls in the region), they have maintained it very well, and both floors are still filled with quality stores, although almost all of them are standard chains with very few unique offerings. The food court on the second floor is spacious, with quite a few decent restaurants (all fast food) arranged around the outside, and there are sufficient tables in the middle for almost all hours of the day.Parking around the Livingston Mall is never a problem; it is surrounded on all side by inner and outer rings of parking lots. It is well-lit and apparently safe during all operating hours. As a tip for this mall, please be careful as you exit onto Eisenhower Parkway, which is a very busy and fast-moving route. I would gladly return to this mall any time.
