I enjoyed it there but, I like White Sands in Point Pleasant better. Everyone was nice. I just felt a little out of place.

I've had several massages over the last couple of years and each was a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere was very calming. You can relax before and after the message in a lovely room with a soothing aquarium and comfortable lounge sofas. It's very clean and professional. All in all, a real treat.

Spent a winter Sunday getting a beauty make over - manicure, pedicure, blow out, waxing, and make up consult. Everyone was attentive and helpful including the front desk when I called that morning. It was a very relaxing afternoon. The free make up consultation after the waxing was a particular bonus!

Went in for follow-up to gel mani. Booked removal of gel and regular mani, was told not enought time bc girl who booked my appointment did it wrong, so...24 hours later and I'm still trying to get the gels off after taking the polish off (because mani was so bad I was embarrassed to go out in public). I do a better job myself at home. What a colossal waste of time and $30! Will. Never. Go. Back. Ever.

I went for a consultation for hair extensions. I waited a half hour before I finally asked what was going on. They didn’t remember who I was, who I was there to see, and why I was there. Finally I get taken back to the salon area and my consultation was with someone who was in the middle of blow drying another woman’s hair. She also said she couldn’t give me a cost (which was the whole purpose of the consultation). Then they tell me I’m going to need 6 bundles of extensions. I told them I’ve had these extensions done in the past and they only used 1 ½. Even after I told them that, they still insisted that I needed 6. So, now they’re trying to rip me off. There is a lot more to this story. But in short, the staff at Milagro are pretentious and bratty. They are disorganized with no communication between the staff and no respect for customer privacy and scheduling. I will never step foot into Milagro again

Didn't know I could hate a manicure, but day four has arrived and it IS horrible. Not at all what I requested, Irene explained AFTER she started, that she doesn't do it that way nor did she know how. Nails shaped horribly and SHORT! Went in with prettier nails. Also cleanliness is NOT a priority. What a waste of time, can't wait for nails to grow and will be getting them redone now.

In short - worst massage of my life.I booked an appointment at Milagro in Manasquan for a prenatal massage. It was a complete waste of time AND money. I was sitting in the crowded waiting room for 20 minutes (I arrived early). After finally it was 15 minutes past the start time of my massage I asked one of the workers how much longer it would be. FInally my masseuse comes out asking where I was and said she had been looking for me. This was a lie - I was in the center of the waiting room and looked up at each employee when they walked in to see if they were going to call my name. I think she was just lazy and hoping for a break! When she finally did start the horrible and lame massage (pretty sure a 6 year old child could do better), while she STARTED late, the one time she was ON TIME was to STOP the massage!!!! So I paid for a 50 minute massage which ended up only being 30 minutes long in total due to HER MISTAKE!!!!! I left the massage furious with zero relief for my back. In fact I was WORSE off for the stress. I lost money & 3 hours of my time (including my travel). If you go here see a woman with dark skin & curly shoulder length hair is your masseuse - RUN!

The Milagro Spa offers some great services if you choose to pamper yourself in the central Jersey shore area. I recently had a massage with Kiko, and it was wonderful. It wasn't just a pampering visit but a therapeutic one. I was have neck pain and neede to stretch and work out some stiffness. Kiko was very understanding of my situation and knowledgable to address my concerns. I would highly recommend a visit to this Spa!

I left before my massage started, upon walking in I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who looked like she didn't want to work today or any day! No smiles from anybody just straight faces without a smile like I have to work on the weekend attitudes! I was handed some greasy, slimy black sandals that were dirty. Led through a door into a tiny building the size of a single car garage. I then was told to go into a change facility that had one bench with 4 guys in a tiny little room the size of your bathroom. after the wink from the man In the bathroom and the tiny locker room I wanted no part! The waiting area was crowded and the masseuses were lined up like cattle off to the side standing around, very unprofessional. I couldn't wait to get out of there with the attendants slicing lemons in front of you! I felt like I was in the kitchen. just couldn't wait to leave! Too tiny! from the waiting room, to the men's locker room. I've been to better starting with Blue Mercury! Milagro is a dive!

I have recently moved to the area and asked around for the best facial in town. All the reviews pointed to Milagro. I Had a facial at the red bank location on a Tuesday. I arrived and was shown the changing room and told to wait outside the door. The spa was very average. It was visible appealing but nothing over the top... just average. My facial was done by a girl name Amy, she was very nice, and gave me a facial / 'wet' microderm. Continually during my facial I was asking what she was doing at that moment and then the next. I guess everyone is different but my experiences before have been estheticians tell you what they are about today before they just do it. The facial was nice. When I left I asked to speak to someone about purchasing makeup- no one was available to help me- so I didn't buy anything. If you have a full line of makeup and offer this service wouldn't you have someone stationed at that area all hours to provide a serviced to clients and sell products?? It then walk to the counter to check out and the girl at the register just stands there and looks at me..I said 'Do I need paper work or something to check out'? She acted like she didn't even know.. So the big question would I refer this place to someone? probably.. b/c the facial was good and the hours are flexible. Was I impressed with the spa? NO

I have made several visits to this spa and have enjoyed the treatments and the relaxation room. Very nice.

First let me qualify. I have had a variety of massages over the years, and in various places, and with various levels of satisfaction. Massages to me are like pizza - even a bad one is still pretty good. I am athletic and tend to like a stronger massage, so any dissatisfaction i've ever had with a particular massage usually centers around the masseuse exerting too little pressure. I'd been to the Milagro Spa in Manasquan a few times before, and found their massages to be good. When I went in last Friday, it had been some time since my last massage, so I knew that I was going to enjoy it - i just didnt know if i was going to get 'the right one'. Firstly, the front desk was very courteous and friendly. Francine (sp) and I had a good conversation about Newport RI (I had on a t-shirt from there). Joy was my masseuse. She was very nice, professional, personable, etc. The massage itself: The 50 minutes went by way too quickly. Joy did everything right. The pace was perfect - she conveyed relaxation to me - I know that sounds trite, maybe, but her demeanor, her instructions, and her touch, all put me at ease and in the perfect state of mind to enjoy the massage. Joy asked a few times how I was doing - was the pressure ok, was the herbal steam too strong, the compresses too hot.... everything was....just right. When we were done, I stepped out of the room and was almost in a daze. For the rest of the day, I felt more relaxed. I decided that I needed to make this a more frequent part of my routine. Thank you Joy, and thank you Mlagro Spa team!

Have been going to Milagro for quite awhile and the service is consistent. The atmosphere is relaxing and the people could not be nicer. Whether you need a cut, color, nails done or just a consultation on a change they are there to help. The spa is tranquil and immaculate. One service is better then the next and so so relaxing!!!

Received a gift cert for my birthday and cashed it in last month at this delightful spa! Went for my first ever facial. Dorothy was a delight! She reminded me of my grandmother and she was so attentive! When I first arrived, I was given a mini tour and told to relax. I relaxed in a Milagro white robe in the sitting room (think comfy chaise lounges) watching a fish tank. I was dozing off when Dorothy came in and asked if I needed water, tea, coffee. I filled out a brief facial history (super short since it was my first one!) We walked to the room and she asked me about my beauty/health regiment. I regretfully told her I usually just wash with soap and water, sometimes an astrigent. She complimented me on my skin multiple times, but did stress the importance of exfoliation, using a toner, etc. I honestly don't even know what a toner is!Anyway, the facial itself was magical. It started with a mini massage of my shoulders/arms...did not expect that for the facial!! I opted for the hydrafacial- Dorothy recommended it (130 bucks!) It was a pampering! Two different facial masks... a little more arm/hand massaging... not sure if I fell asleep or not!! :) The whole experience was probably about an hour and 20 minutes. Afterwards, I sat in the dry sauna for a few minutes. It was a great experience and as soon as I have the money (or another gift certificate) I'll be back!
