the zen den

If you're down the shore, add the Zen Den to your "must-do" list. Their studio is clean, friendly, and literally seconds from the beach. There's no overwhelming cut-throat attitude or drama, just some amazing hot yoga! The Zen Den has transformed me from a nervous newcomer who could hardly touch her toes to a completely hooked yogini. Thanks to my practice at the Zen Den, I've become stronger, both physically and mentally, in ways I could not imagine. Ari's classes are challenging, inspiring, invigorating, and absolutely addicting! Her music, her intentions, her sequences, and her insane knowledge are all off the charts. Make sure you come at least 15 minutes before class begins to make sure you have a spot for your mat, and bring a towel and water!

Started yoga 1 year ago and while I'm not very flexible, I felt my joint aches and pains disappear after doing the sweat yoga classes just a few times. I love the relaxing atmosphere, the great music, the cleanliness and the teachers. The owner Ari and her daily meditation thoughts really make the class extra special. It's really u and your mat and a great workout!!

Out of all the Yoga studios I have been to this one is certainly one of the best. The class I took with Ari really kicked my butt. It was a great work out and I will definitely be back for more

Great yoga class. Perfect mix of strength, flexibility and endurance. Awesome work out. Music is killer and Ari the main instructor rocks. Better then any yoga class I've ever taken in NYC or Philly. Def check it out.

Great vibes in this studio. Teacher was very precise and observant. Challenging and fun. Friendly atmosphere.

Unlike any other experience, the instructor was amazingly calm and patient with my level. Absolutely recommend if in the area. Among the best in the area!
