harmony meditation - day class

I never felt more relaxed than the class I recently took. Great peaceful atmosphere and the staff are all professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I left with the clearest, calmest, and most focused mind I have had in years. Highly recomend it to anyone here on business. Also I recommend trying a private session. It's very personalized and completely unique. Looking forward to checking in next time I'm in the area.
