This is our go to mall. The food court has lots of option and most of my favorite shops are located in this mall. There are lots of bathrooms in a variety of locations in the mall - big plus if you have kids! The play place is nice and there are a few sit down restaurants to pick from.

The Mall of New Hampshire is an OK small-ish mall; one floor; there are larger, nicer mall in the state of NH. Note that I've rated it two (2) circles for "below average;" I would not use the word description "poor," which seems an overly harsh. It's clean and bright and safe; it's fully enclosed and reasonably modern; it may feel a little downscale compared to the average mall, but it doesn't seem oppressively "cheap," the food court is OK; it's not "bad" in any way. There was a BMW on display inside the mall, which I found odd, as that's an upscale car. if you are in Manchester and need something from the mall (any mall), certainly do not hesitate to go to the Mall of New Hampshire; it's OK for buying whatever you need, if they have a store you like there. On the other hand, it's not worth taking a trip to Manchester just to go to this mall; you would be likely be disappointed, if you were expecting "the Mall of New Hampshire" to be something special. If you're looking for a present for a "difficult" person; sometimes it helps to go to a very large mall to get fresh ideas. If you've already been to a larger mall; "the Mall of New Hampshire" is unlikely to have anything you haven't already seen elsewhere.Getting on and off the highway and getting to and from the mall, seems a little more tedious than it needs to be. Traffic patterns probably could have been thought out better.

I found this place when researching shopping malls/ outlets in the area before visiting from England. Although this isn't an outlet, the fact there is no sales tax makes it cheap and also there were a lot of deals/ sales on. Places of interest for us were ulta, Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie and Fitch, best buy and hollister. It was great because it was really quiet which meant there was no waiting in line or crowds to try and get through and we could browse easily. I'd recommend this place if you don't like waiting in queues or rummaging through things in the outlets to find good deals.

Many of the stores are either overpriced or they sell a lot of junk. It's fun to check out some of the jewelry stores -- by why pay for all the overhead!?! Sears was surprisingly updated. Macy's racks were a mess and you either get staff that doesn't pay attention or many who are rude (although there is an occasional person who appreciates their job). I like Yankee Candle best, while I find many of the sales people at the kiosks to be annoying. Overall it is probably similar of most malls. Nothing spectacular but also nothing so bad that you wouldn't return.

My son and I needed something to do on a rainy day. We have never been to this mall before. It was so fun. It is very clean, and has a safe feeling to it. There are so many different stores, it made both of us happy. It was a welcoming mall.

Stores here aren't that great. Customer service is HORRIBLE, especially at RadioShack and Victoria's Secret! The customer service desk is rude too.

2 things I look at in a Mall before I go with family. Security and cleanliness. This passes. They use to have a Merry go round, and sad to say it is no longer there inside. The Mall has a ton of parking, and the Mall itself is easy to navigate. The food court stays clean, and food selection is pretty good. Whats good about this Mall, is that just outside the Mall, you have bigger restaurants nearby, if you'd rather not eat inside the Mall. Location is good right off the highway and Manchester airport is one exit down on the highway. The Outside Parking lot has Security patrolling, and inside they are visible. In the morning I think they have the inside walking before the stores are open, at least I think they had that for the Seniors in the winter.Roads around the Mall, are kept well as well as the Parking lots. I would really like to see a Debs in here though. =)

The Mall of New Hampshire is a typical Simon shopping mall. It has larger department stores and smaller shops and lots of stands. I live closer to the Rockingham Mall so I only go to this store if I need to pick up something that my local Best Buy doesn't have. I find the food court to lack any real options and usually suggest a restaurant nearby. The mall does have plenty of parking and I'm sure if you can't find one just drive around a little bit and you should be fine, unless it's Christmas, and in that case your on or own because all bets are off. The biggest downfall I find with this mall is the repugnant cologne like smell that wafts through the corridors. I don't really know what it's from but either way, it gives me a headache every time.

This was the only place we had a chance to stop by on our recent trip to Manchester. Nothing spectacular but as malls go it was somewhat better than average. One thing though - seems like Manchester has more traffic lights than NYC but their not times correctly or something else is really wrong!?! It takes forever to travel 3 miles. Everyone tells you to get on the highway to travel across town - I thought it was somekind of joke until I tried to follow my GPS - big mistake.

This is a typical Simon mall, lots of stores, a decent food court and a couple attached restaurants. Nothing special but it is sales tax free. The parking lot and service roads are filled with potholes. Yes, this is New England and the winter weather beats up the roads but sections are in very bad need of repaving. Good thing I drive an SUV.Certainly will return.

Our family had a great time shopping here. Many stores to choose from at this location. This mall was clean and plenty of parking. Stores had great sales!

Nothing too special here - just some great sales in the larger department stores. All the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. This is our second time in Manchester, and would come again

Average mall stores of New England; nothing upscale. Good place to waste an afternoon, but if you are really interested in shopping - head up the road to the outlet stores in Merrimack.

Lots of things to do and see. Parking can be a problem as the entire place is "all over the place". however it is a fun plce to visit and experience the energy.
