So you don't mind spending $7-10 for one bottle of micro-beer at the boutique shops and grocery stores... Well there is a great alternative. Go to Incredibrew and brew your own. If you go with a group and brew several batches (this way you get a variety of beer types) you save even more money. It only takes a couple of hours to brew and come back in 2 weeks to bottle and drink your beer. It's as good and better than many of the boutique beers you pay a fortune for and you save quite a bit of money. They hold events where you can go and "share" a batch as well. Check it out, you will be very pleased.

Great fun to make, great fun to consume, much easier making this as a knock-off than finding the real product. The place is clean, the people are great, there are no questions unanswered. Will be making more, and checking out the wine department soon.

It's better if you go on a night of an event because it's cheaper in the long run you make a lot of beer I do wish it was more informative though

My boyfriend and I were staying in Manchester and wanted to do something fun. We just walked in and we were like,"What can we make?". All the staff was friendly and willing to take the time to explain how things worked. There had been a water issue that morning so some of the groups coming to brew were a bit running late, but everyone was working hard and moving things right along. We ended up making wine. I don't remember the woman's name that helped us make it, but she was really nice and very informative about what we were doing. We go back in July to bottle the wine. So much fun! We are thinking about doing beer next time.

I have been brewing here almost as long as Dave has been in business. I would highly recommend getting on the email list. We have participated in some of the group events for Belgian ales, and wines. They are an excellent way to get involved. Their recipes are varied and accurate. One can brew a personal version of most of the world's great beer and ale varieties.

Love going to Incredibrew! So far, have made 4 different types of wines here: reds, white and ports. It's become a holiday tradition to receive wine from us. One of these days we'll have to try making beer! Great place for friends to get together!

What started out as a Christmas Gift Certificate for my husband to make his own beer, has turned into 17 years of making our own beer with the help of the wonderful owners Dave and Nancy and their terrific staff! There are beer recipes for everybody's taste(Stouts, Porters, Lagers, Red Ales, etc) so even if you're a Bud fan, there's actually a recipe for you to try that resembles your favorite beechwood lager. The staff at Incredibrew are fantastic, you feel like old friends everytime you enter the store. It's also a great place for groups, company events where you can make several batches to split amoungst groups. If you ever wanted to try and "Home Brew' but didn't want to get your kitchen dirty or taste incredibly fresh beer made with great ingredients, you should definately check out Incredibrew. They also offer winemaking and soda making if beer isn't your thing.

Fun making your own soda, beer and wine. Service has always been great even when they're extremely busy especially at Christmas time!

Incredibrew is a store where you make from scratch, "home made" beverages in their facilities with hands on instruction and support from start to finish. There are 3 options; 1) make your own soda, 2) brew your own beer 3) make your own wine.We took our teenagers here to make their own soda (made w/sugar NOT high fructose corn syrup). This is done in a 2 step process on 2 different days (about 1 hour each day)Step 1 / Day 1: mix a 5 gallon batch with a choice of several flavors ( we made orange- cream), sweetener, and other ingredients.Step 2 / Day 2: once the mixture carbonates over a 2 day period, you return to bottle the soda.(Beer brewing takes longer.)For an additional fee, custom labels are available for your bottles. The 5 gallon mixture yielded 2 cases ( 48 12 ounce bottles) and was delicious. The price was $35 w/coupon (regular is $45) which included the bottles.(Beer & wine cost is different)See Incredibrew's website for specials.**Advanced reservations are required**A lot of fun, and recommended for teens 14 + and adults.
