meadowbrook golf course

MeadowBrook has always been a fun course for me to play as it's fairways are wide and the course can be very forgiving on bad shots. I love playing over the water on hole 5 and 7, especially when the spring floods fill the creek up. If you rent a cart expect many areas to be extrememly bumpy as if the tree roots are exposed on top of the ground. If you choose to walk the course, you will get a workout with all the hills and valleys. The clubhouse is really boring as is the food and beer selection. But that's what you get with a city owned golf course. I recommend trying it as the golf is pretty fun but don't expect private course maintenance or staff.

A beat-up, old, tired golf course. I would play there again if the green fees were $0.00. They shoud turn this cow pasture into a goat ranch.

Played here last week as social play.Course is a Council owned one so need to overlook a few things as a result. Some challenging holes but overall (like many other courses at the moment) need some care. In a golf cart the terrain is extremely bumpy and jarring.Pro shop staff and bar staff helpful but the toilets are disgraceful - demountables that have seen better days and not at all clean.Would never play there again.Kayte

I live close and play a couple rounds here every season. For a city run course it is always well maintained. Costs about $30 to walk 18 and is a MN golf card 2for1 course. Tough blind shots everywhere and if you're walking, expect a good workout (hills).
