Not a super large museum, but so nicely laid out and loads of info on the local hero, Bronko, and to read about his career was more than interesting. When one is able to partake of local history, it makes the visit to areas like this all the more worthwhile and I congratulate the people who have put this facility together and maintained it so well.If in the Falls, for sure, I would put this on my stop to see list.Jim from Maplelag in Minnesota

The left side rooms are a look into the amazing life of a hometown and sports hero, one of the original inductees into the Football Hall of Fame, who wore a size 19.5 ring and cared more for his family then publicity. (Just for fun try a 'compare and contrast' of him and current players.)The right side section of the building gives an in depth look at the local history of the land, it's inhabitants over time and their use of the natural resources. The building is a small area but is packed full of fantastic items spanning many years; it's jack-of-all-trades host is a font of knowledge and extremely helpful.I've been to many museums that are overwhelming in their items, this one whets the appetite for more. Should you be there and have an historical interest don't miss this one. Wouldn't hurt to be older so you know who Bronko Nagurski was....

Learning of Bronko and his legend was fun. The museum also has a lot of archeological and cultural artifacts explaining the history of the area. I found museum interesting. The small donation is well worth it. Ed was very hospitable and informative.

The Bronko Nagurski Museum is connected to the Koochiching Historical Museum. You see both museums for one fee. Our group visited on August 8, 2013.Bronko Nagurski was an amazing athlete. At the museum we were shown a video covering the life of Nagurski (this video is also available on the website bronkonagurski.com). After watching the video we were directed to look at displays of newspaper articles, uniforms and his football rings. I had not known anything about Nagurski before visiting the museum and found his life to be interesting. The kids found the museum a bit boring because there was nothing interactive - it was mainly reading articles and looking at photos.
