We had great shopping results-got a gift for a retirement party-which was a beautiful pottery bowl. Lovely items in all price ranges. Handmade leather purses-paintings, photography, all made by talented Minnesotans!

We visited the art center this past weekend. There was a reception for an artist's work that had just been hung. Lanesboro has received several grants for the support of arts in the community. This art center has used it's money wisely. It has a nice range of artists being shown in the center and has a rotating gallery of featured artists that changes every 3-4 months. The staff is knowledgeable about the works and extremely friendly. This definitely is another highlight when visiting Lanesboro.
