Great water jet pressure and lots of room to enjoy. The water tubes were a blast. I also liked shooting baskets in the pool. The life guards were very friendly and helpful.

2 larger water slides you must be 48" tall and no life jacket to go down. Kids enjoyed climbing across the pool with the stepping stones and loved the slides or playing basketball in the pool.They have a snack bar in pool area as well as lots of life guards & extra life jackets.

While we are not the large scale waterpark property, we do only allow guests of the hotel to use the facility, so always have small lines and very little if any waiting. Thus allowing families to enjoy more time playing with the two 4-story tube slides, activities pool, ropes/net course, giant hot tub and kid's zero depth play pool area. We would love to have you back as our guest and would appreciate the opportunity to be your home away from home.

Thank you for visiting our waterpark! I am very disappointed to hear that you did not have an enjoyable visit and I apologize for your negative experience. Our waterpark staff takes pride in the cleanliness and safety of the waterpark and we did not live up to that during your stay. We have a staff member at the top and bottom of the large waterslides with radios to communicate when the slides are clear and safe for the next rider to go. We do not have an attendant or lifeguard at the top of the smaller slides, but we do have lifeguards monitoring the smaller kiddy pool. We will follow up with the watepark staff in regards to cleanliness to be sure we are always on top of our game. Once again, please accept our apology and we hope you will come back and give us another try soon!

Review written on the Holiday Inn itself with most comments about the Waterpark. It is busy with the many parties that come there on the weekends. No parents around to watch the kids.

The water park at the hotel is not too elaborate. There is one (or two?) water slides and a pool with some smaller activities. Then there is an a wading area with slides and fountains for younger kids to explore. My young kids were plenty happy there. I imagine older kids would get bored quickly. The hot tub is large and there is a snack bar that even serves beer. You can go with a stay at the hotel or pay admission to get in. They also offer birthday party packages.

This water park isright in the minneapolis metro area i suppose that is why the prices are so high. I would rather drive a little ways out of the city and pay less.

As to your hotel room, our Kids Suite with bunk beds and playstation, although popular with a lot of our guests, did not meet your needs. We have a variety of room types and suites with different layouts. There are two pools: one designed for older kids (age 6+) and another for infants and toddlers. Plenty to keep the kids busy, plus a concession stand for snacks. It also sells beer and mixed drinks for the grownups. Plenty of tables plus a small lounge area. Small arcade upstairs.

We had a very nice time at the hotel which had very very nice and clean rooms. The waterpark was very nice with things to do, but not so big and crowded that you weren't able to find your family members in a glance. We enjoyed the parkside concession stand. However, I have to agree with the pizza comment. It was far from the best thing I have had. We will be back again and again, but will skip the pizza package.

I just responded to a post about one of the other water parks and thought I would add a review here. This water park is my favorite in the twin cities for a couple of reasons.1. The area- Arbor Lakes shopping and restaurant area in Maple Grove is fantastic. Great shops, nice restaurants (including non chain restaurants) and lots to do within walking distance.2. The water park only allows hotel guests to use it. This keeps the water park safer for young kids and less crowded overall. I love that because I have younger kids. We have stayed there several times and my kids love all the different activity areas and the arcade. They also love the concession area and so do my husband and I because the food is good and I can get a salad while my kids eat pizza!3. The hotel is so nice and the people that work there are really friendly.
