This trail is such a pleasant walk. I have enjoyed it for years. It is well maintained and enjoyed by all ages.

loved that you can now take this bike trail from downtown St. Cloud to I-94 ramp. A nice, paved scenic ride along the Mississippi River. St. Cloud State University is along the trail and a great place to stop for refreshments (Atwood Memorial Center).

I love this trail. I went to St. Cloud State for years and use this trail all the time! It's so close to campus. It's a great trail to take in nature and not feel like you're in the busy city. Beautiful in the summer, fall, and spring...I don't run in the winter so I don't know what it's like. Haha.

This is a lovely trail alongside the Mississippi River. It's a little short for cycling, and on busy days, it can be a little too narrow for cyclists, runners, and walkers sharing the space. But it is a nice, shady respite with some pleasant views.

I enjoy walking on the Beaver Islands Trail along the west bank of the Mississippi River south of St. Cloud State University. Check out the historical marker for the original location of St. John's Abbey. The monks settled there in 1856 when they first arrived in Minnesota, and I can see why. It's a beautiful location.

I just wish it were longer. Very scenic along the river, but then you end up on campus and there's really no where to go from there. The other direction ends at the golf course. It's maybe 5-6 miles long. Would love to see that at least doubled.

This trail is paved and wide... so great for those extremely warm March Minnesota days when everyone and their mother is out biking, running, walking and rollerblading, yet there is still plenty of room on the trail. The scenery is great and the off roading trails are fun!

The Beaver Islands trail is a nice paved trail that follows the western bank of the Mississippi River. The negative aspect of the trail is that a good part of the trail also follows along a parking lot that is frequently trashed by local college students.

Дорога проходит вдоль реки Миссисипи. Отличные виды. Днём бывает достаточно много пешеходов и велосипедистов, поэтому рекомендую утренние прогулки.
