Fun for the kids, and plenty of seating for adults wanting to chat with other adults. a bit small compared to other parks, but the staff is very nice and attentive.

This place has decent potential to be a fun, indoor place for your kids to run around and burn some energy when its cold, rainy or snowy outside. Unfortunately, it's a little pricey ($7 per child) and seems poorly maintained with the ball pit and bouncy equipment seeming dirty. In addition, there is no one to enforce the posted rules or monitor the children at play except for the parents, who are often not keeping an eye on everything their children are doing.

My son loves this place. A smaller area so the inflatables are all within parent viewing. They have special organized activities during the week (toddler Thursdays). It can get a little crowded on the weekends in the winter as it's not a large square footage, so plan accordingly. You can return the same day without am extra charge so you can break for lunch or naps and return for more fun.

The kids loved this place but we did not stay long since I was grossed out by how dirty everything was.

I have serious safety concerns about this place. My husband and I took our two young grandsons (ages 5 and 2) on Saturday, February 18th, for what we thought would be an enjoyable experience. Our concern stems from the chaotic nature of the place. There was NO one from Jumps and Downs monitoring the activity of the children - 11 & 12 year olds (and up) running down toddlers trying to get on the inflatables and jumping into the ball pit on top of little ones. I personally saw this happen several times. When I tried to address the issue with the only person available (a twenty year old girl who was reading a magazine at the front desk), she said she needed to stay at the desk and couldn't monitor anyone. When the owners arrived about an hour, or so, into our visit I tried to address the issue with them and was met with a very hostile attitude. The owners (a husband and wife team) state that they have an upper age limit of ten years, but don't adhere to it and allow as many kids in the facility as they feel comfortable with (I saw no maximum capacity signs). I told them what I had observed and asked them what would happen if a child was seriously injured. They said they wouldn't be liable because parents sign a waiver when they come and that parents are supposed to monitor they're own children (many parents were on their laptops/cell phones and weren't paying any attention). We will not be returning to Jumps and Downs and urge parents/grandparents to think twice before subjecting little children to this dangerous place.

Brought my triplet 6 year olds and my 11 year old here on a KGB deal. The 11 year old got bored after 15 minutes, but the 6 year olds would have stayed all day. I wish I would have known about this place earlier.

My kids enjoyed it for hours. They especially enjoyed the jumbo slide.

I went with another mom and a total of 5 kids. It was about 20 minutes drive from our houses, so the kids had plenty of time to get all fired up to try out a new place. At first glance it looked ok. But as we got inside we all kind of deflated. There are about 6 small bouncers, a ball pit for little kids and an air hockey table. The parent area had a couple of chairs that were stained and very "tippy" - my son came barreling over to me and just about knocked me and the chair over. The bathroom looked like it had been several days at least since it had been cleaned. The trash was over-flowing and there were no towels in there to dry your hands. (And we were there first thing in the morning.) Plus it was only a single bathroom - unisex. I would have thought a place geared toward little kids would provide at least a couple. A water fountain or even a vending machine would have been a nice touch too. We only stayed about 45 minutes and the kids were thirsty so we decided to go. They didn't even ask if we could come back again, which is good, because we won't. Good concept - needs a ton of help.
