They sell a lot of burgers in The Saloon, but my favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak. The bun is toasted just right. The shaved beef is not Steak-ums. It is grilled until crispy on the edges. The chopped onions are grilled until translucent. And the whole thing is served piping hot with a dill pickle spear and not-too-salty fries in a cardboard boat. And all for less than $8. Take it from a Philadelphia transplant: Skip the burger and go for the Philly.
