Small theater showing big productions! The last show we saw was MASH...what a great job they did. A great community theater and won't cost you a lot for a nice night out on the town.

The staff when entering the lobby was very friendly. (Lobby is very tiny, though.) All the seats appear to have good viewing, so I'd be willing to sit anywhere in this theater. The production we saw was nicely-done (Sweeney Todd) and there were some excellent singers. There is a parking lot behind the theater but it fills up quickly. We had been here one other time... a few years back... and I'd not hesitate to recommend this theater to anyone.

Whether it's a drama, musical, or comedy,, the performances at this gem of a theatre in the heart of downtown Milford are of excellent quality. The actors and actresses take their craft seriously and always do a fine job.

We went to see "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." Admittedly, not my favorite story, but we were truly impressed with the quality of the show: the acting was great, as was the set, the direction and production. Living in Dover, we hardly ever get to go anywhere "fun" or do anything (because there is nothing to do in Dover, despite its being the capital. Nascar and the casino do not rate in my book as worth doing). But the Riverfront Theatre in Milford really impressed us. It wasn't too big, so people aren't sitting on top of each other, and it wasn't too small so as to be lacking in quality, as some small town productions are (trust me--I've seen REAL small town theatre and I've seen London's West end productions, I'm familiar with the continuum of quality!). A good find!

A small community theatre located downtown Milford. I have seen several performances here and they never let me down. They do a great job and there's not a bad seat in the house!

I've attended shows in the past on Fri. or Sat. evening and always enjoyed them. This time we did the Sun. matinee. I was not sure if I would really care for this time slot but it was the only time I could see this show. The performance was outstanding as always. We sat off to the side up front another first and now I believe there is not a bad seat in the house. Sun. seemed to be more crowded than evening shows (not sure if this is the norm or not) but there were still a few open seats to be had. This theater has the "old school" comfy feel. A place to just sit back and enjoy at a very reasonable price (under $20 each). They have limited snacks, $1 candy or can soda and also adult wine or beer for a little more. but what more do you really need. They also schedule children's shows for those with little ones. Go out and enjoy yourself...much better than a movie ticket.

Happy to support the arts but the performance was terrible. Shakespeare just may have been too much for them to take on. No one knew their lines,

Very high quality, local theatre! They present dramas, comedies, musicals and Children's Theatre. Contemporary adult drama and classic fairy tales

remember the good old day? Just entering will set you back in time ,the "local friendly crowd" A simple snack bar with wine and can soda and a few candy selections. Seating is at a grade so all can see and rows and seats have #'s and letters. The stage props are simple yet functional {reminds me of the high school play} put the performers are top notch. They even greet you and will converse after the show. Cost under $20 each. Need to dine before or after the show- just ask a local as there are at least 3 within walking distance. A relaxing way to spend an evening or Sun matinee. Shows usually run 2 weekends in a row. Sometimes they have a local music recitals. Tickets can usually be bought at the door and they do take credit cards as well as cash
