When we went in i was surprised at seeing a little souvenir shop.I was expecting a shop full of cheese. But we did like the atmosphere and it seemed people was enjoying the ice cream even though it was only 26 degrees out and snow on the ground. They did have some cheese but even then more then half was pre-packaged not made on site.It was also kind of strange to see discounted Christmas candy on sale at the counter the first week of March.But as i said it was a nice little place to check out and i regret not trying their cheese. Seeing i loveeeee cheese.

I was hoping for more of a tourist attraction to break up our trip. This was a convenient store with cheese. :) The cheese bag was good. They said the cheese making is only in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a tourist attraction, try the lavender farms further north on the I-15.

Drove a little out of our way to go here but it was so worth it! Staff is so friendly and helpful and their cheese is soo good!. Love the selection of jellies and gifts. My husband really likes the cheese curds. Hope we can stop by there on our next trip!

I had seen this place many times in our travels and decided to make a stop today...Many others had the same idea...fantastic shop with cheese made right on the property...So Good! bought cheese curds,delicious icecream,syrup and a comical shirt for the wife....I highly recommend a visit!

The motel we were staying in mentioned the Cheese Factory. When we walked in we were expecting to see someone making cheese. Sure the big window was there, but lights were out and service was poor. It turns out to be just an average tourist store. We thought at least we could get homemade ice cream, not. Very disappointing.

Love the fresh Cheese Curds! They are a must every time I come home to Utah. Great pricing and friendly people.

We stop for cheese and goodies every time we go through Utah. Staff is polite and helpful. Salsa curd is oh-so-good! Can't bring enough home - everyone wants some :-)

Was told about this place when we were leaving our hotel. - so glad we stopped in - the liquorice ice cream was fabulous. Woman at the ice cream counter was a bit grumpy but another charming lady came over and served me.

We usually stop here to get ice cream when traveling on the Freeway. The service has never been great but lately is getting worse. I feel like we are bothering them when we buy anything. The person who scoops the ice cream is very impatient. When I purchased some cheese the cashier was hesitant to say thank you. We will not stop there again. There are plenty of places along I-15 with better service and nicer attitudes.

Stellar ice cream and cheese curds. Comes with an extra topping of crabbiness, whether you ask for it or not. Counter girls could use serious charm school lessons.
