Neat landmark for Vernal. Work a picture, certainly leaves you with a smile. Glad town has sense of humor about its heritage.

If you are in town or driving down the main road in Vernal you can't miss Dina the giant Dino welcoming you. A town treasure and crowd pleaser!

We stopped for a photo op here at the insistence of my 5 year old daughter. The fact that it is pink, has eyelashes, and moving eyes was the draw for her. Very cute 2 minute stop.

There's a great point across the street, out of traffic for this must-photo-op!Obviously not a T-Rex but hey, it's Pink!

Swing by and get your picture taken if you are passing through. The kids thought it was pretty cool!

This is Dina, she is so cute. She just got a $25,000.00 restoration and a fresh pink paint job. The T-Rex is further west and sits in a triangle in front of the post office. His is rather ugly and green with buggy light bulb eyes and gets dressed up for all holidays, which makes up for being so ugly. He is so much fun.

No trip to Vernal would be complete with out pics of the Dinosaurs at both ends of town... the smaller pink one at the east end of towns eyes move..its a fun 5 minute stop. The other one on the west side of town has been there for ever... and seems to change little with the seasons...

My sister had to pull over into the nearest parking lot adjacent to this small town hero, after driving in from the city, she was laughing so hard. Need I say more?

ountry bar scene was fun. Band was lively and fun. Food.............awful......they were out of fried chicken, biscuits....my husbnd had a bbq beef sandwich that was stringy and tatsteless. By son had ribs that were so...so....I ordered jalepeno poppers that were to tough to eat when they didnt have chicken. So sad no.
