Fun quick stop on the way to Moab. Exciting to see our first arch on the way to the Arches! Nice place to take a photo.

Like other reviewers have said, there is no reason not to stop at this free, convenient, and beautiful arch if you are traveling the highway right by it! It is as beautiful as many arches in Arches National Park. The only downside is it is, of course, not as peaceful with its position next to a busy highway. Parking areas exist on both sides of the highway. You can choose to pull over and take a quick snapshot, or you can make a short hike up.

Perfect road stop, take a break and pull over and check it out. Great photos and up close view of a real natural arch. Easy hike and easy climb up.

I liked that you can just pull right off the highway and hike to the arch in just a few short minutes!

It is very near the road and there is a sign that gives you ample opportunity to pull over in time. The arch is massive and ther photos were fun to take although I did not walk up all of the way and I am not sure you can walk up there.

We just happened to have perfect timing. We spent more time in Monument Valley than "scheduled" so we didn't get to Dead Horse State Park for sunset. I think Wilson Arch was better anyway. Good view from pull offs up to Arch. Better views west to see sunset after short but steep scramble up. Amazing photography of arch and people you are with during sunset. One of the best photo ops during trip. And it was all by accident.

like the whole park-national arches-is spectacular, beautiful, splendid. it is nice to go closer, and see through the other side-it is like big eye :)

Each time we go through Moab, we stop at Wilson's Arch for a picture. I've been there on two motorcycles, my husband has been there on his bike, and now we have a picture of the arch with our 4wd.

Had no idea it was there until we rounded the curve! We stopped the car and scrambled to the top, it really served as foreshadowing for how amazing the next two days at Moab were going to be!

We didn't even know about this arch. We were heading south on highway 191, fleeing the arctic storm when on the left, we saw this beautiful arch. It was a nice surprise as we were cutting our trip a little short due to the storm and didn't spend as much time in Arches as we would've liked. It's also super convenient as it's literally right off the highway. I imagine that you could capture stunning photos if you were here at dawn. There's a small lot on the right (west) side of the highway. If you are going this way, be sure to look out for it.

We pulled off to walk around and stretch our legs on our return from the Grand Canyon heading North to Moab. This is a beautiful arch just off the highway.

Easy access as it's just a turnout on the highway with no admission fee. We got out and scrambled to the top for the view and photo op. If you're heading north this is probably the first real arch you'll encounter; going south you've probably been through Arches NP and it's one last encounter with an arch. If nothing else, worth a stop for a picture from below

On Route 160 about 10 miles south of Moab, this worth a quick stop. Pull off the lookout area alongside the road for the best and safest viewing.

One of the best arches I've seen and it's right next to the main road. You can park and walk right up into it.

Outside of Arches NP but on the way up, north on the 191. Fantastic place to pull over and hike up, into the arch and take photos. Beautiful.
