I learned a bit from the bartender about their offerings and how they are made. She even shared some samples and turned my on to their eau de vie, which I particularly enjoyed. We were there during a music festival and it was hopping and fun. Lots of people with everyone trying out craft spirits. I look forward to returning and trying a few more new spirits.

Location was easy to find and employees were extremely friendly and helpful! All of their beverages were fresh and couldn't be better. Everyone who loves to relax with a beverage should check out this distillery.

Best in the West! In fact, I think this is the best bar between Denver and SLC! The Bourbon is amazing and I put it into whipped cream for that extra something special dessert, da bomb!

While the equipment was not overly impressive you learn quite a bit about distilling different kinds of alcohol. They had the best spicy bloody Mary I have ever had. It would be nice if they had appetizers to go with the drinks but their drinks are so good.

My husband, daughter and I did a 5 o'clock tour with Josh. This was my first tour ever and it was really nice. We were able to sample many of their amazing products. My favorite was the agave tequila. They all, bourbon, vodka, and brandy, we're smooth. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Visiting the Grand Junction area for a family event - we needed a break. I've been to the wineries in the area many times - wonderful, but I was looking for something a bit different. I didn't know that Palisade had a distillery - I decided to check it out.What a treat! Peach Tree has been in Palisade for 9 years and their products are amazing. The bourbon is top notch. I sampled the gin, even though I'm not a gin drinker - fabulous!The service was friendly, warm, welcoming - including the sweet treat offered by the bartender as a fundraiser for one of their staff. The drinks were delightful, innovative and delicious. I will be back when the weather is warmer so I can enjoy the patio, and sample more delicious distillations.

While staying in Palisade we heard Peach Street Distillers was good, so we stopped in. It sure was. Their vodka, bourbon and agave are fantastic and they offer tasters of each. Their mixed drinks are innovative and very tasty. The distillery is housed in a cool space with both indoor and patio seating. The staff was very friendly. Great place.

this place was great! had really fun drinks with knowledgeable staff. A great patio that was very inviting and had a great view. the only bad thing was I couldn't stay all day.

Many places claim to have the best Bloody Mary - get the spicy instilled. You will be convinced that this is this best. This place started out as a secret but has grown in popularity like gangbusters. It is usually packed but worth the wait.

Very fun place to sit outside and have an excellent cocktail. Best bloody marys ever and their peach martinis are great.

This place knows how to serve up drinks! I had a good time here, just wish the atmosphere was a little cozier. There isn't much for seating --outdoors in the summer is brutal hot-- and the inside seemed loud and warehouse-ish. I wouldn't suggest it for quiet conversation, but again, the cocktails make up for it!

If you are visiting Palisade this is definately a place to have on your list. The environment is great, the people are great and the drinks are fantastic!

The drinks here were awesome. The Bloody Mary's were our favorites and came with a tone of pickled veggies. Great atmosphere and decent prices for some fun cocktails.

We came on a Sunday, the weekend of Peach Fest. If you want to do the tour sign up early. You can make your reservation online. The tasting is only on the weekend. If you plan on doing the full tasting make sure you have a DD, especially if you choose to drink a peach bomb or another mixed drink (they pour strong) at the end of the tour.

Every year when I return to the valley to visit family.. Peach Street is a must stop! Absolutely amazing pear gin! Always buy a bottle to take home with me!
