rainbow falls

This small park is only a couple of minutes walk from the parking lot past a scenic flowing creek to a cascading waterfall. Overall, this is a nice, pretty place. However, almost every rock and piece of bridge is covered with graffiti. At first glance we were somewhat horrified but after reflection, it's not so bad. Some of it is pretty artistic and it seems to add some color and definition to the name, Rainbow Falls. We would rather it not be there, but it's not that distracting. I guess beauty is in the beholder so beware. The falls itself isn't spectacular, but they are pretty. It's a nice stop and there are some good photographic moments.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointment as the area is filled with graffiti on the rocks. Waterfall was pretty, but not very high. Five minutes to get from parking lot (which can only hold about 7 cars) to waterfall.

Very short walk from small parking area to one 'fall'. Heavy with graffiti, from bridge to rocks, giving it an sadly urban feel. Total time spent, less than 30 minutes. Hopefully, they will be able to restore the area and find a way to keep vandals out.
