Cons: 1) pricey compared to the other 2 springs in town. Definitely stay for more than an hour to get your money's worth. Adults $25 & Kids $14; 2) their website says they have "loaner" suits but they don't! So if one of your family members forgets their suit, be prepared to spend at least $40 on a new one; 3) several pools were so crowded u couldn't get in or enjoy; 4) pools weren't at stated temps {they were cooler}; 5) rental lockers {$2 ea} were very narrow; 6) their website gives info on the different minerals in the pools but that info is not posted...so if u want to soak in a certain pool/mineral compound for a specific medicinal purpose u can't bc it's not labeled. Pros: 1) very scenic; 2) great location; 3) nice bar; 4) u can take ur own towels and robes u don't have to rent them {rents for $10 each}; 5) each shower has a dispenser with complimentary soap shampoo & conditioner {check to levels} we got one that was out of conditioner.

Decided to go to the springs last night in town.....it is a little pricey, but a cool thing to do once.....beautiful views and each "tub" has a name and different temp posted by it.....you can move around as much as you want to find the perfect one!.....grab your friends and a drink and have a good time.....we rented a locker but brought our own towels and carried them around with us.....didn't have flip flops (would be nice).., so just went barefoot around springs....

We've done this three times now and have enjoyed these hot baths each time. Definitely worth a visit.

We go here every time we are in the Pagosa area. The hot springs are wonderful and leave you feeling refreshed. And now that they have added beverage service....It doesn't get any better than this. Clean showers, lockers and towels. Go and get your Soak on....

My boyfriend and I decided to go here after calling and being told they were open until midnight. We arrived about 9:30pm checked in, $30 for both of us, grabbed a drink and hit the tubs. We soak farely often but never go here, and now we know why. At 11:20 we were told we had to leave as they were closing, had we been told they were closing early we wouldn't have paid $30 to soak for a little over an hour. As we walk into the bath house a worker rudely stated "so your the reason we are waiting, dont plan on taking a shower we turned them off." I was so disgusted by the rude remarks made by this man I didn't even change into my clothes just grabbed my keys and left. We are locals and were treated extremely poor, we will not EVER return to the springs, we will continue to go with our first choice the Overlook for our soaks, they have manors and make the locals feel appreciated!

What a great way to relax after a day of skiing! We had so much fun relaxing in the various baths. The Lobster Pot was particularly enjoyable after taking a dip in the San Juan River!

Great place to relax after riding the slopes! Take advantage of the weekly pass if possible. As you go in there is a chart on the wall to your left that shows you the different pool temperatures and locations. Enjoy!

We went in February and it was so crowded, you couldn't get room in a pool when we first arrived late afternoon. Once it got dark, it was great since it cleared out a bit. Surely this is the most expensive hot springs in Colorado. It wasn't the cleanest but it was fine and I gave them an extra star because they have nice lavender shampoo/conditioner/wash in the showers. I'm glad I did it once, but next time we're in Pagosa, I think we'll try one of the other hot springs. My boyfriend told me someone had all their clothes stolen from the men's locker room, which I've never heard of happening at Colorado hot springs before so be warned. We left our clothes by the pools and had no problem.

It was presidents weekend and was very crowded with children running and screaming. Didn't know about the adult only section until I saw it on their website after I got home. Wish the front staff would have told me and I would have gladly paid the extra. My biggest complaint was the locker rooms were very crowded and small. There is hardly enough room to turn around!

People come from all over the world for the healing properties of these mineral waters, but most importantly it is just plain fun. Especially in winter with light snow falling and you are looking at the river flowing past while you soak in hot mineral springs. There are so many pools that you can't help but find one that is your favorite temperature. And the kids always like the swimming pool.

Every evening after skiing we came and soaked in the hot tubs. The kids loved the pool and the hot tubs. The place was clean and had many amenities in the bathrooms. Towels, soap, shampoo, locker. I recommend bringing flip flops. The ground was freezing outside and maybe a robe. You can also rent a robe. There is a bar to buy drinks or just bring your own water bottle.

The hot spring pools are nice, but the spa facilities are very expensive. I wanted a massage but opted out when I saw the price. Nice selection of hot tubs in a neat environment. I liked the fact that there was an 18+ section for those without kids. We had our kids with us, so maybe we will check that out next time.

We've been to the Springs several times before, but have never caught a sunset there. This time we hit the pool just in time to watch an amazing sunset from the warmth of the "Overlook" pool. All of the other guests joined us in awe as we appreciated the incredible view.I highly recommend timing your stay to catch a sunset here!
