Extremely rude owner who is a complete liar. Changed the services we paid for and didn't bother to tell us. Has a 30 day cancellation policy but refused to refund us even though we booked 2 weeks prior to the date of services, obviously inside the 30 day window from the start. He lied and said he called to tell us about the change. I would go on the record and say that the call never came.There is no way that a 1pm start for a couple's massage with a woman masseuse for the man (which was specifically requested) equals a 3 pm start with a man massaging both of us separately and at different times. His employee was nice and tried to accommodate us, but when it was apparent that we just wanted to leave since she tried to refund us. Her boss (the owner) refused to allow her and then proceeded to call my wife and lie about what his employee said (which puts her in a bad place). He further lied about earlier conversations and was in no way accommodating.My wife also tried to surprise me with champagne and chocolate truffles that were paid for to be in the room upon our arrival. Surprise, neither were present when we checked in. I always thought that the customer was always right, but apparently that doesn't translate once you walk through their door. They are happy to take your money and after that are happy to do absolutely nothing else.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

I took my husband here for his birthday. The mineral bath was nice, although the room was very small. The massages were good too. The interior could just use a little updating while keeping the historic feel. Overall not too bad.
