This place about 90 minutes from my home, but I've made the drive several times because the destination is so worth it! This orchard occupies many idyllic acres, complete with a small pond. The apples are some of the best I've had in my life, and the lady who owns the property is a sweetheart.

Go someplace else will be more exciting. So many of these markets now available that one looks like the other but all away overpriced

My family has been apple picking at this fun orchard for years. I love that they have dwarf trees so you can always find an apple in reach, even at the end of the season. We start out going to Kedem Winery for a tasting of their wines, and then purchase of a few cases of kosher wine. We then head to the orchard for a variety of apples. Usually I go home and make delicious apple pies with the fresh apples. This year someone at Kedem recommended we take a walk over the Hudson on the pedestrian bridge a few miles to the North. This was a fun activity with beautiful views. We will now add this to our annual fall excursion upstate.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is grass, so if it's been raining it can get a bit muddy. But that just adds to the experience. We came to pick apples and pears and a pumpkin. They have a wide variety of apples. Although they're only open on weekend, they have events scheduled for most weekends. There is a hay ride between the two different parts of the orchard. They also have donuts which are fabulous! We come every fall.

It's a shame I didn't bring a camera; but I was out for the mango doughnut peaches! Sour sweet yummy like I like them! The regular doughnut peaches...odd looking things but rather tasty sweet. We also grabbed white peaches. Unfortunately the pears were not ready...probably first week September.Out for a ride, not too far from exit 17 on the thruway & a bit north off of 9W, this quiet orchard offers some of the best fruit New York can offer. Basic set up, free parking, free tractor ride to the plums and peaches, and a bucket to use as you pick your way through trees bursting, bending with fruit.Definitely visit if you're into pick your own fruit experiences

this is a great pick your own farm. They are only open on the weekends but have great fruit and attitudes. The cherry trees have big flavorful cherries and the donut peaches are the best. prices reasonable.
