Nice walk. You can walk the ridge from Rt 45 to 33. Cross 33 and walk down into the park.Not much more to be said. It has been closed since Hurricane Sandy.

I go hear several times a year during all different seasons of the year. Its a great hike and the view is worth it.

We followed a winding uphil road to the parking lot. High Tor is a small park without walking trails. There is not much more than parking lot and a swimming pool.

High Tor was the name of Maxwell Anderson's Play - it was exciting to climb to the top and see the view.

You might have to search a bit to find this park, but it is worth it. GREAT hiking up to the top of Hi Tor and fantastic vistas of the Hudson River. Be sure to check the open hours tho

Hiked the ridge of High Tor and Low Tor to see impressive vistas and on a clear day a view of the New York City skyline. The hike to the peak of Low Tor is easily accesible from the park entrance, and is a short 20-30 minute uphill hike. Graffiti on the some of the rocks at the top of the trail detracts from the setting, but the views from the top are well worth it.
