Love this mountain for so many reasons. The ski school is top notch… Experienced, caring teachers. If you are hoping to take a telemark lesson, this is the place to do it. The learning area is it's own section of the mountain, so you don't have a bunch of people hotshotting past your kid who's working on their pizza slices and french fries. There is great terrain, some nice, sustained steeps and great glades. This is a great family mountain… None of the pomp of Sunday River, lots of soul. Go when the snow is good… It can be icy during dry spells.

Went to look around and the resort people were super nice and friendly. Although we don't ski, the resort was amazing! The area is beautiful.

Mount Abram is an affordable, friendly staffed, medium-sized mountain to ski. The lift lines are short, the trails are well-groomed, and the mountain offers various types of trails from beginner to expert. I highly recommend this ski resort to anyone searching for a mid-sized mountain with all levels of skiing, yet not wanting to pay a small fortune to ski.

We have been to mt.abram many times and keep going back. The staff is friendly and the prices are cheap. As much as i like sunday river i will go to mt.abram. I do not need to pay $80.00 for a ticket at mount abram. The lifts need to be updated but it is a good family day trip. So if you are looking for a un-crowded place for kids and adults mount abram is you place.

Enjoy this quaint mountain it is great for families. You don't have to worry about losing the children. You can all meet at the bottom. Allowing each of you to enjoy your capabilities.

We came to Mount Abram when it seemed to be getting crowded at Sunday River. Many of the slopes are named for characters and places from "Rocky & Bullwinkle", which is a bit goofy. And it is more a bare-bones, family-style hill than a big, resort mountain. But the snow was excellent and did not get skied off quite as fast as at Sunday River. We had a blast.
