You can support the local economy and eat the beat food you can buy. We've bought it at the farmers market every summer.

Pat's farm is a great place to get your pastured meat in Rhode Island. If you haven't had pastured meat, you haven't had real meat. Pastured meat is what meat should taste like (and Pat does it very well). It costs more, but is so worth it. Pat follows the basic pasturing principles of Joel Salatin (Polyface Farms). I recently volunteered to help with chicken processing. Everyone should meet some of their food. We also just got our pastured turkey from Pat's Pastured. I didn't know turkey could taste so good.Pros: Great food, animals live like they should with great quality of life, animals killed in most humane manner, locally grownCons: A bit expensive (but expected)
