regency cinema 8

Went to see a movie at regency cinema 8. Upon walking into the theatre I was immediately greeted with the smell of urine. The seats were black with nastiness and throughly disgusting. It was almost comical when I noticed a large metal air vent about to fall out of the ceiling. Instead of repairing the vent they had taken out the row of seats directly under the vent and piled them up next to the trash cans in the back of the theatre. My advice is to go to corbin they have a clean theatre there in good repair.

I made the mistake of seeing a movie in my hometown. I can recall when the cinema was new, so much possibility. I had heard rumors about the current condition of the theatre, but I wanted to see a new movie and didn't want to have to go out of town. Gosh, I wish I had driven miles away to at least one town over to see a movie. it was so dirty that my shoes stuck to the floor. There were seats missing. There was still trash from the day before at the seats, and the garbage cans inside the room where we were sitting was filled to capacity and then some. They had not been emptied in I don't know when. The place reeked. I cannot imagine and anyone would actually buy popcorn there. literally sat for two and a half hours on the edge of the seat, afraid to sit back because I didn't want my hair to touch the back of the seat. The minute I got home I striped down and put my clothes, including my shoes, in the hamper. I actually scrubbed the bottoms of my shoes with bathroom cleaner/disinfectant. Never again. Clean it up or bulldoze it over. That would be my recommendation.
