Great facility and parking, ease to obtain tickets (but don't procrastinate or you may not get a ticket because it's a popular entertainment option. They bring a lot different arts and entertainment to our area. We are lucky to have such a nice facility.

So easy to get to this venue, free parking, a clean & beautiful facility. A huge restroom, BUT even so the waiting line for the women's restroom was out into the hallway! Admittance to the event was at the main door & electronic, very efficient. Our seats were in the right Orchestra One area, and the walkway to our seats was along the wall - what seemed odd was that instead of a gradual ramp walkway it was a small step every yard or so - a tripping hazard & NOT accessible friendly!!Seats were comfortable for an average size person but not roomy if you were extra large like 30% of Americans.

Beautiful facility. My only caution would be to assure, when reserving seats, you do not select seats that are obscured by the audio and lighting equipment at the back of the front section near the aisles that separate the front and back seating areas. Otherwise, you will hear the show. You just won't see it.

I bought tickets for a performance months ago. The original performance had to be rescheduled due to medical issues with the performer. I was very impressed with the level of communication I had during this reschedule. Not only did I receive an email clearly stating when and how I could attend the new date but I also received a personal followup phone call from Center staff. When I thought of the number of ticket buyers and the fact that the Center had personally contacted each of them, I was impressed! The real hiccup came on the night of the performance. I proudly presented my front row "Row A" ticket to the usher only to be told that the row didn't exist and I would have to see another usher for more information. The second usher was courteous and disappeared with our tickets to find someone who could help us. He returned and asked us to move to the side and assured us they were working on a solution. Turns out the first several rows of the venue are not rows of theater seats at all. They are individual, temporary seating. We watched while the staff wheeled a rack of chairs onto the stage and hurriedly set up three rows of chairs in front of the stage. Showing up to a venue where they forgot to provide seating for three rows of guests was certainly a first! To be fair, the staff were helpful throughout the confusion and very apologetic. They rectified the situation quickly once they realized their mistake. Would I buy tickets to another event at this venue? Yes but I would plan to arrive as early as possible to provide ample time to address any snafus that come up.
