A wonderful stop between Big Sky and Yellowstone with local fresh game, excellent wines, and a beautiful setting. Service was excellent. Would like to come back to explore the ranch some more.

I am sorry for your experience at the ranch. This event was something that is a rare occurance; but occasionally things go wrong when your dealing with animals. In this occurance the bridle did unexpecetly break and our wrangler was able to get the horses stopped in the only manner possible when she (the horse) spooked because of the breakage. At no time were guests or horses in any sort of grave danger. We were then able to remedy the problem and the sleigh ride continued in a safe and normal fashion for the remainder of your ride and the rides since then. It was a freak occurance and we are sorry that you happend to be on this ride.

After several days of touring Yellowstone, we decided to try some horseback riding and checked out the area for places to ride. We passed the 320 Guest Ranch on our way back to our cabin in Big Sky, and gave them a call. We made arrangements for a 3-4 hour ride, and arrived a little before our schedule. The staff was attentive and nice. We paid for the trip and off we went. Our guide was a nice gal named Kim, who was a season horse hand, so we were in good hands! She picked out some nice scenic trails that were also shady, as it was a bit sunny, and warm. We enjoyed the ride and conversation. The horses were well mannered and well cared for.

320 comes with a big reputation and it did not disappoint. This was once a real ranch which was eventually turned into a guest facility. Rustic cabins face the river and are appointed comfortably. Lots of planned activities from horseback rushing trips to fishing and campfires. Beautiful scenery and a dining room that serves very good food that you might not expect in this setting. Free breakfast with room. Not far from Yellowstone. We had a wonderful time at 320 Guest Ranch!

What a great experience! We drove 3 1/2 hours on Valentines Day to check a Winter Sleigh Ride off our Bucket List for Valentines Day. It was worth the 8 hour trip and we would definitely go again. The price is excellent, the staff terrific and the romantic setting with the snow, snowflakes, white horses and sunset exceeded our expectations! Don't miss this and add it to your bucket list, if it isn't there already. Also try to sit in the first row, so you can get the best pictures.$35 pp for the appetizer/desert sleigh ride, which includes generous adult beverages.

Went on a sleigh ride with our family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Several options from appetizer, dessert, or dinner ride. We chose the appetizer ride to enjoy the scenery while it was still light out. It was freezing but only 20 minutes or so the warming tent. Good selection of hot toddies for the adults and hot chocolate for the kids. Chili, cheese, popcorn etc for snacks. Afterwards we ate at the restaurant which had something for everyone and a decent selection on the kids menu and nice wine list.

The ranch locations and surroundings are lovely but the staff at the front desk was incredibly and unnecessarily rude.

After touring the Tetons and Yellowstone in late June 2013 our family, including 2 kids ages 10 and 13 very much enjoyed this special spot in Montana. A short drive to Big Sky restaurants and activies, easy access for flyfishing on the Gallatin river, and wonderful for horseback riding. We took a 4 hour trail ride through some beautiful mountain scenery, saw deer and a heard of elk. The chuckwagon dinner was fun and tasty. Breakfasts had a nice variety with small changes each day. Approximately 30 mins to West Yellowstone. We had a riverfront 2 bedroom cabin; very large and appeared to be updated recently.

A great place if you want one stop shopping. During late summer you can find properties for much less money and then do activities such as horseback riding ala carte

We stayed at 320 Guest Ranch at the end of our Yellowstone Vacation. The ranch is 30 minutes away from West Yellowstone entrance. The log cabins were clean, the laundry facility convenient, the guided horseback riding a treat and on-site fly fishing demonstration with Buck was great for the kids. The Monday night pig roast was a blast with live music and delicious and plentiful food (a deal at $10pp). Montana is a beautiful part of the country and 320 Guest Ranch make you feel at home.

After interviewing 10 potential wedding venues we chose the 320 Guest Ranch as the destination wedding for my daughter. After meeting Angela Buday, the events coordinator, we felt confident that our dream of a Montana Wedding would come true. Guests came from all over the US to attend this wedding. Her help in planning this event was essential. The entire weekend was magical as evident by the comments from the people that attended, "The most beautiful wedding we have ever been to". A potentially stressful event was without flaw As the mother of the bride with concerns of everything running smoothly I experienced an event that I will remember forever as precious and monumental rather than a blur of faces. I was able to fully enjoy being with my family and watching my beautiful daughter join with her fabulous sonTe service was above and beyond my expectations. The food fabulous and beautiful

We take our grandchildren, ages 10 and 11, to Big Sky, Montana to ski every year and this year we decided to do something a little different and take them on a horse drawn sleigh ride. We chose the 320 Guest Ranch Ride as since it was one hour long, it would not be too long for children that age. It was also more economical than some of the others would have been for four people. My husband and I have been on some of the other sleigh rides in this area and they have been very nice, but we felt 320 would be a better format for a "family" outing and we were right on.What a treat!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic and we all felt so welcome. It was truly an activity the whole family could enjoy. There were even some babes in arms on the outing. A horse drawn sleigh took us to a "campsite" with a campfire and a wonderful heated tent. In the tent the we had our choice of beverages, such as hot cocoa for the kids and some hot winter-type adult drinks, delicious elk and bison chili, cheese, popcorn, etc. The tent was so cozy and the rest of the guests were so friendly, that we were sorry when it was time to leave and head back on the sleigh. Both our grandkids said they wanted to do this again next year. Our 320 Guest Ranch Sleigh Ride was the high point of this year's ski trip!

Good food. At first I thought it was a bit high, but compared to other places in West Yellowstone they are average.

We really enjoyed this trail ride! Instead of just through meadows, we took a ride through mountain trails (not high or steep though) so it was a different experience than a lot of trail rides. The guest ranch has many different types of rides to choose from but we took the 2 hour ride (2 grandparents, 4 parents and 3 children.) The guides were friendly and careful to put us on horses that were just right for all of us. The 320 Guest Ranch is a little pricier than some but we all felt like it was a good value. It's about an hour's ride from West Yellowstone, but was worth it.
