Stopped in a couple of nights for dinner during our recent golf trip, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. Large portions at a reasonable price, and a great old style saloon environment. This is a must stop on your visit to Montana.

There is not much in this part of the country. The signs leading to Trappers will get you excited to stop. It's a fine stop but you won't get the best food in the country here. Still, it's worth a stop to stretch your legs.

Has a better variety then most local places. If you don't want a party bar, don't go on weekend nights. The down side is they have begun to cater to the vacationing Canadians and their prices reflect that. $8.00 onion rings are way too much. We don't go nearly as often as we used to.

It was a fun place to go but the food was pretty bad. Best to go for drinks and elsewhere for dinner.

We spent time here using their horseshoe pits and also a large group of 45 ate supper here on a Saturday night on the outside patio. They did well for having a large group. We all ordered off of the menus and the food was delivered in a timely manner although some of the steaks ordered were overcooked which is not totally unexpected with a large group. They also did a pretty good job of keeping up on the refills. All in all I would say this is an ok place but nothing special except the view of the hills and surrounding area.

Come through Eureka a couple times a year and it always feels great to walk in to Trappers. The people remember who I am and the food is always spot on. Love there specials it's nice to get something other than a hamburger or red meat in Eureka!.. Look forward to the next time through!! Loved your band I think they were called O'connell band
