cheyenne indian reservation

We are truckers and have passed this small casino many times. We decided to stop there for the night this week as they have a small truck parking area. We ate at there little restaurant/café and the food was simple but really good. The people that worked there were very very friendly. Only disappointing thing was they have mostly the machines that the rest of the casino's in Montana have. We expected different ones as the casino I think is not governed by the Montana state lottery but I could be mistaken. But we played and won and had a good meal and a peacefull sleep. Beats a busy truck stop every time. Butw e would go again for sure.

We visited a Pow-Wow by the Northern Cheyenne Native American tribe on this reservation and it was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had. Our family is made of myself - a White American and a Mexican- born significant other and his sister and cousin. We visited and they were so overwhelmingly welcoming to us. They embraced everyone and were so giving. They gave us free food, giveaways that my boyfriend got, and just everything even though a lot of people are so very impoverished. It was an amazing experience that I'll never forget. I love this tribe and they have so much of my respect.
