Amazing rafting trip. -Great guides-all of them are extremely safe yet have great senses of humor and make the trip even more exciting.-Lunch was great, healthy very filling -Owner has a lot of pride in his company and what he does and it reflects in his staff, the location of the company and the road trip to and from the rafting trip.-Would highly recommend Pangaea.

Great people and guides, we had a large group and called the day before, they got us in and we are so glad that they did, had a great time!! we were on motorcycles, so it was a great distraction from the rest of our trip.

We had an excellent relaxing float on the Clark Fork River with our guide, David. The scenery was marvelous and the weather perfect. We went on the easy float which was just what we wanted. David was very informative and fun. We plan to take the whitewater float next summer.

Best river ride of our lives-three generations!!! Why, you ask? Because we got to do 360's, swim the rapids, bull ride, and rodeo through class 3 white water rapids. BLAST!! The guide took the time to get to know us personally and showed us the beauty, history, and tales of the river and the gorge. Mandela Rocks!!!5+++ -Folks from Wisconsin and Montana.

Guide was wonderful, informative and great fun!! Lunch was the best I have ever experienced on a whitewater rafting trip.I happen to be Celiac and I could eat everything, with the exception of brownies on this lunch. Fresh salad with grilled chicken and fresh bacon bits, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and more. Then there were the little foil wrapped baked potatoes, perfect for warmth on a cool summer day.

My wife, 15 year-old son, a friend of his and I took a day trip on the Clark Fork with Pangea. We were a little worried about the weather as there was lightning and some rain on the drive over, but it cleared up and we had a blast. You'll want to "Ride the Bull" in some of the bigger rapids and you'll be glad you did. Even if the weather isn't super warm, you'll want do do some swimming and rock jumping. The staff was generally great and we loved our guide (Gus). If there's a quibble, the dvd they sell of pictures, which were quite nice, is a bit spendy, so we passed. Were it more reasonably priced, we would have bought it. If you have a waterproof camera, bring it. Next time, mine will be strapped to my head, and I really do hope there is a next time. Beautiful scenery along the Clark Fork.

There's a reason my daughter and I keep coming back...Every trip is a new adventure! The Clarks Fork is amazing! Every guide is fun and engaging ! (Mandela we had so much fun!!) We take different friends and family each time we go and they LOVE IT!!! Can't wait till the next rafting trip!

I have never been rafting before and was with a large group of all different experience levels. The guides (as well as the owner) were interactive, kind, funny, and made me feel safe while rafting down the river. They were very knowledgable of the river and to my surprise encouraged us to try new things such as jumping into the water or riding on the front of the raft. I would not hesitate to go back.

My mother, sister, and I all went rafting with Pangaea again while on vacation in early August. I've gone with them a couple years ago too and can't imagine going with anyone else! As soon as we drove up it was nothing but a good time. The guides are friendly, fun, and professional. The scenery is beautiful and the rapids were crazy fun. There was also time to jump in and swim and the guides come up with some fun games too. For lunch, I was expecting some soggy ham sandwiches, but it was a healthy and delicious spread. From start to finish the experience was amazing and I can’t wait to go back again!

We spent two days rafting with the Pangaea team. Day One was white water. Exciting and loads of fun! Day Two was a wine float; great finger food and more wine than we could drink! The Pangaea team are all confidant and knowledgeable river guides who make each trip fun and entertaining for the entire family.

Don't let your nerves stop you from taking this exciting trip. The guides will keep you safe and in the boat, but you will have the most exhilarating experience ever! Even at age 82, I felt safe and secure and so proud of myself for doing this at my age. The scenery is so spectacular - you will hate when the ride ends...

We went White Water Rafting on the Clark Fork River. This family owned company has Excellent reviews because they earned it. I'm so happy I chose them over a larger company. Each and every guide had personality and knew how to keep everyone in the raft occupied and entertained. Our guide Joseph was especially wonderful. We had our 3 youngest children with us and our guide was wonderful at engaging them. Not only did he teach us many facts about the river, it's history, and the different movements of water, he also asked us questions first. The crew has a lot of personality and comradery. The day we went, they were dressed up for a prom which they planned to have for all their crew members that night in their barn. I got the feeling it wasn't just for their company but that the crew of other companies were invited too. The crew was from all over the US and Canada.The lunch was a healthy lunch with even enough options for me. The crew was quick and organized with it, and didn't leave any trash behind. I will definitely visit them again the next time we're in Coeur D'Alene. It was a 2 hour drive and very worth it.
