skater's paradise

I use to love skating, and if you take the kid's its fine (and fortunately that is what we did). Teen date, kid putting and this place does just fine.

This is a horrible place to bring your kids. At night the parking lot was so dim I could not hardly see the building. I'm from Hammond and had to call for directions the man that answered (assuming the owner) was very rude. When I got there and told him I was the one calling and not from here, his reply was "I can't help that". The building stunk like stale cigarettes and the bathrooms were horrible!! No tissue and looked like they never saw a mop. I would not recommend and will not go back!!

I took my children to a Friday night session. We will definitely revisit! Real leather rental skates not like the cheap plastic ones in other rinks. This place seems to be newly renovated!

This skating rink is officially run down and needs to close down, the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned since the day this place opened not to mention the smell in those bathrooms are down right horrible. The speakers in the skating rink obiouvsly are blown and need to be replaced, its kind of hard to hear and understand music if the speakers are blown. It seems like they haven't waxed or cleaned the actual rink in a very long time - the floor is dull. There are very few employees that work in this facility to assist with the needs of the consumers. The food is bland and nasty.

I used to bring our children skating here a lot. However, too many fights were happening and even when I would go watch the kids skate, I would get very frustrated with the employees who were their to make it safer for everyone, because they seem to not be very attentive.

It's one of the only places for youth to go, so I give a very good rating. The only other place in town is the Teen Center. Full and rough at times but it serves its purpose well
