    HelloI write to you with a heavy bit of regret for your loved ones Experience. I realize we cannot be perfect all of the time.But I can certainly try to influence my team to always try to be their Very best. Destiny is my life, it's my work of love, my mission to be of service to Anyone who chooses our facility.I want nothing more than to honor your desire for your gift to provide such anExperience.Our manager, Courtenay has no idea who this could be as the date Does not stand out where a complaint might have been made.Please call me at 318-426-2830 or the front desk directly 318-752-2639 In order for us to start the correction on this matter.The only way we can ever continue to polish our customer service experience is To be first aware and then to proceed.Thank you for your post but would appreciate the Chance to get this corrected.Thank you Kristi Tift

    I'm a local and will MOST DEFINITELY put this in my schedule regularly. Last weekend I had an event and needed a manicure and facial waxing. From the moment I walked in every individual staff member was friendly and professional. The aesthetician took special care in being thorough and the wax was not too hot as I've experienced at other facilities. The nail technician was great with the mani and skilled with nail art. I was so pleased with my services that day I scheduled a massage for the following day. Oh, I'm so glad I did. The massage therapist was effective in treating my muscles and used perfect pressure. I've already scheduled my next service.....Pedi station, here I come!

    My daughter had a horrible experience at this spa and after months of trying to get a refund - the manager actually told her it would "not be in her best interest" to negatively review a business that supports the military. Also, she refuses to refund her money. STAY AWAY!

    I was embarrassed to even go to work the next day!! I had my hair colored and cut. The cut was uneven and the color fried my hair. The girl that cut it didn’t even style it when I left. My hair smelled of bleach for days and was rough like straw. I left the salon with damp un-styled hair. I contacted the salon many times about this issue and they required “proof”. I had my hair redone at another salon at this point so I didn’t have any. Wouldn’t the point that I paid another salon a bunch of money to redo my hair be enough proof? Who wants to waste money to get their hair done again just for fun? The last I heard from the salon I spoke with the founder, Kriti Tift. She was very rude and told me that the people that work in the facility are contractors and not a part of destiny. So does that not make you liable if they do a bad job? I explained to her that I tried to come to her first about his issue before posting a review to try to have it handled. So that I could get a refund or something. I explained this to her and told her that she has left me no other choice but to post on social media. The public should be warned of such an establishment She was aware that I am in the military and told me “it is not in my best interest to lash out on a local business that supports the military”. Is that a threat? Is that meant to scare me away from posting my negative experience with her salon? I would not recommend anyone go to this salon. Their business practices are very low and the owner herself is very rude and unprofessional. Take your chance if you dare. Below is the email I sent Ms. Tift Ms. Tift,Thi email is in regards to your behavior yesterday during our conversation. I am not sure how you thought this issue had been resolved when you never responded to my email asking what the final outcome was. I contacted your salon many times regarding this issue and this has gone on for months. I wanted to make management aware of how terrible of a job was done to my hair as well as try to get a refund for the money I spent in your facility. I had read reviews online that were negative. You responded to them pleading that if you have a negative experience please bring it up with you first. I have given you ample opportunity to correct this issue and you have not done so. Instead you have argued with me, basically told me I am not telling the truth about my hair, and been incredibly rude. At this point I am sure I will not see my $100 again. Any further actions I take is not about the money I wasted, it is to warn people of your facilities business practices towards and unhappy client. Furthermore, you were completely unprofessional yesterday during our phone call. If you were being honest about my call being recorded, I would like a copy of that please. Lastly, the threats you made towards me yesterday were completely absurd. "It is not in your best interest to lash out at a local business that supports the military". That will not go unnoticed.Very Respectfully,SIDE NOTE: I tried to post this review on their website. They review them prior to them posting. So negative reviews can go on their website.     HelloThank you for your review of our spa and salon. We encourage all of our guests to speak honestly when checking out at our front desk and we have this posted on the elevator when leaving. As owners and management we cannot make things right if we are not made aware of them at the time of service. I can actually look back on the security cameras in the waiting areas to view when you were taken to rooms and when you exit. This allows me the opportunity to check behind my team to make certain they are providing exceptional service.Fortunately I was able to look back and I see where you in fact did arrive at 1:45 and was escorted upstairs, then taken back at 2:01 and then I see you leaving the waiting area at 2:54.You are correct, we should not have charged you full price. It appears the couple ahead of you were late getting dressed and out of the room. That is no reason to hold your treatment up or short you. I would love to offer you a gift card to return with a credited value! We strive for excellence and want to make this up to you! I will have one of my front desk ladies give you a call to fix this up for you!Thank you again for making me awareYours in serviceKristi TiftOwner

    HelloAfter reviewing our files on your visits we see that your last visit as a "couple" was in August of 2013? We appreciate your comments but for us to address such an issue with our Team so far after the fact is difficult because of the time lapse and number of clients we see on a daily basis. If this incident was in August as our records indicate was your last visit, the stylist you mentioned is no longer with us and therefore I cannot constructively address this with her. I will go over this review with the Massage Therapist and front desk assistant in question; although if I were made aware of this at the time that it actually happened it would have had a better and more constructive impact then and not 6 months later. I handle all comments and or complaints ASAP so I may help lead my Team in a positive way to help them and myself grow as service providers.     HelloAfter reading your review I was able to speak with my front desk team and the massage therapist that assisted you. I take all comments good or bad very seriously as this is my business and their business as well, it is our lively hood and we strive for excellence daily. To be human is to error and through mistakes we learn. I understand that you checked out at our front desk while we were very busy checking additional guests out at the same time. The front desk lady understood your concerns but stated you left briskly and she was not able to address your concerns appropriately, she merely smiled and shook her head as there were other guests present at the desk and felt it unprofessional to allow them to hear a discussion about your visit, but to allow them to check out and then focus her attention to your specific complaint. The following day the manager called you directly to allow you to discuss with her the complaint so she would be able to resolve it for you. You did not answer or return our call. It was not for lack of trying to see that you were compensated, we strive for resolution. Your subject line "Over-Rated" seems extreme as the owner I know we work hard to be a great place to come to enjoy our services. My Team is dedicated to making people feel better and look better. It was certainly not any one persons intention to make you feel as if you wasted your money. My team knows that I have spent the last 16 years as a day spa and salon owner in efforts to have one of the most sought out establishments in our area. Reviews are important to our growth, however it does effect our efforts when a client does not allow us to resolve the issue but instead write a review that is negative. I had given them permission to offer you a complimentary 80 minute massage with one of our senior massage therapists who could show you that we are rated appropriately. Bad days do occur for any human being and not any of us are perfect, we apologize that you experienced one of those unfortunate days. We will continue to work hard to be the best in our area and hope that you give us the opportunity to make you feel better about your experience. Thank you Kristi
